Oven Roasted chicken and vegetables
Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts
16 oz (450 gr) mushrooms
2 carrots
1 onion
2 potatoes
8oz (250gr) peas
8 oz (250 gr) Mozzarella cheese
Tomato paste
Salt, ground black pepper, ground red pepper
2-3 garlic cloves and bay leaves
Cooking time of: (on a medium-low heat)
Onions: 8-10 minutes
Chicken breast: 25-30 minutes
Vegetables: 25-30 minutes
Totally 60-70 minutes
Baking time: 35-40 minutes at 400F/200C (until the cheese colors)
