If u hate gym but still want to loose weight even belly fat & don't wana go through life without ur favorite meals then take my advice: one full meal a day preferably around 12pm when u need ur most energy for the day. No running, no cardio exercises, no special diet, all abdominal fat gone in less then 6months & I'm over 40.

@@Jean-1211 The idea is to not go to bed with a full stomach bcos that's what causes the problem of overweight. But since u had a heavy meal at about noon ur only gona get hungry at about 1am & by that time ur fast sleeping. I cannot think of any easier & effortless way of loosing weight then this. I do however balance it off by lifting weights just to ensure that as the fat disappears I'm left with some body mass.

I eat 7:30am oatmeal breakfast, 9:30am fruit smoothie, 11:00am a large bountiful salad and a little bit of rice or potatoes or pasta ( very little) and I’m done by 11:30-12:30 at the latest. My first meal is usually around 9 AM, always includes healthy fat and protein with either veggies or fruit. Next and last meal is over with by 2. I am rarely hungry. it’s the blood sugar spikes all day long that cause hunger. Most everyone I know eats 3 meals a day with snacks and never seem satisfied. Their blood sugar never gets to stabilize. Not only that every time you eat, you get an insulin response, which over time eventually could cause insulin resistance which leads to inflammation and disease.

He emphasizes that waiting at least three hours after your last meal before sleep is essential for maintaining health, as this allows the digestive system to rest. He suggests two main meals per day with 5-6 hours between them, and light physical activity (like a walk) after dinner. He also advises observing how different foods digest, aiming for foods that empty from the stomach within three hours. According to Sadhguru, these practices help cleanse the body on a cellular level, reducing health issues by 50% in six weeks.

    Great advice ,thank you.
Our food environment has dramatically changed in recent decades whilst our bodies metabolic systems are probably still in hunter gatherer times. We're eating stuff that never existed and often isn't real food at all. All the sugary highly processed stuff is messing up our natural hormonal systems, spiking insulin production creating increasing diabetes and related metabolic disorders. The hormone that makes you feel full becomes suppressed ( leptin) so we continously feel hungry ,we eat too often so the bodies natural clean up squad never get a chance to do their job ( autophagy) creating more problems. The high blood sugar signals to store fat so obesity results. The ancient practices of fasting hold great scientific truths as well as spiritual ones.

In some of the comments, some people say that they eat once in a day. It may cause low energy levels, ulcers and sleeplessness and even diabetes due to low glucose levels.
I advise people to not follow anything blindly. Everyone is different. It's one fits for all formula. You have to find what works for you.

Technically you don't have to go to bed starving. You just have to stop eating at least three hours before bedtime and not eat for at least 12 hours after your last meal of the day. It's just a form of intermittent fasting, and many people will fast daily from 16 to 18 hours and eat within a six to eight hour period of the day.
