Those traditions blades are INCREDIBLE! That truly feels like a generations blade. Handing my boy a blade with the same battered and worn scales that I've held for years, taken on adventures, and genuinely used feels 10x more authentic than a blade with new paracord.
Not that I dislike the paracord, it has it's place and its function on the majority of my blades, but the wood for a legacy product I plan to hand down just feels genuine. Really looking forward to these blades!

My dad used to carve desert ironwood. Incredibly hard, beautiful and durable.

Living in Arizona, desert ironwood is an absolute favorite for a reason. It’s the only wood I want on a knife scale while Iive here because the dryness and heat is brutal on any other woods, even indoors they can start to crack. Desert ironwood is impervious to the climate here, is hard and beautiful. Great choice!!!
