    I am a senior and I tend to forget how I crocheted a pattern so I need to always go back and re watch each video to remember how to crochet it. So for me being able to go back to each pattern using the time stamp you put in the description box is perfect for me. I can crochet all the 5 different patterns using the same video, so I love it!
    You are a really good teacher and I appreciate you taking your time to explain everything.

    Hi Sigoni, thanks so much for making this tutorial. I think I learn best by crocheting along with a vid. I have a question for you. When doing your foundation chain, is there any reason why you can't crochet into the back hump?

    • @SigoniMacaroni
      @SigoniMacaroni  3 года назад +1

      Oh you absolutely can! The reason why I crochet through the top loop is because it's the easiest way for beginners to get started and it's easier to show on camera. There are actually three different ways you can work into the foundation chain and I happen to have a video talking about it 😉 You can watch it here: ruclips.net/video/Q04ftafZmo4/видео.html

    I keep ending up with 3 remaining chains instead of two at the end of row one, leaving me unable to skip just the 2 and then single crochet into the end chain. I don’t know where to go next as I’m not sure where I made a mistake? Any suggestions? I’ve been practicing so hard 🥺 (Moss Stitch)

    • @SigoniMacaroni
      @SigoniMacaroni  2 года назад

      It sounds like your starting chain may be incorrect. Are you making a long chain or are you just practicing following the tutorial? If it’s a longer chain you can use stitch markers to mark every 10 stitches so you don’t lose track

    I just found your channel this week. I watched the two week beginner class that was amazing, and super helpful!
    When you mention to resize 2+1 does that mean to just chain three more on the foundation chain? I’m very new and I’m not understanding what that means. I want to make these swatches and possibly use as pot holders so may make them slightly bigger than in the video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

    • @SigoniMacaroni
      @SigoniMacaroni  2 года назад +1

      I’m glad you enjoyed the Masterclass! To resize you will create a foundation chain in multiples of 2 and then once you reach the length you want, add 1 more chain to the end. There’s also a blog post linked in the description and goes more into detail about all of the stitches 😊

      Which stitch are you working on? Sometimes the holes can look bigger while you're working on your foundation row, but the more rows you make, the more "normal" your foundation row looks, if that makes sense.
