Ran my B6.4D yesterday on carpet for the first time after 10+ years out of 1/10th, been running 1/8th ebuggy for a few years. Purple front / blue rear springs, drilled front pistons to 1.7mm + 1.1mm hole , drill rear pistons to 1.9mm , 35/30 oils , gear diff (15k) rear inner camber link 4mm inner ball stud spacing, 0 outer stud spacing, zero spacing inner front camber link, 14mm ride height, 30 gramme steel bulkhead weight, car was absolutely dialled 👍
@@SeanyRC I got it used, so there’s a few aluminium hop ups on there, including an FT Alu steering rack. I’m gonna run it as is and get to grips with it and go from there. Just picked up a new body today though, so gonna paint that this weekend with any luck.
So far, light pinion, slipper eliminator, alum front bulkhead and servo horn, FT alum bellcranks and ackerman piece... ht -1 steering plates , Vision Racing carbon motor mount, +2 rear camber link mount, alum cross piece for 2 gear diff, orange front springs, and i think thats it so far.... soon will be titanium turnbuckles and carbon plastics but not until we need them, and ceramic bearings once the kit ones start to get used up....and as soon as theyre available, a new Tekin 17.5 motor, the new ones should be coming around in a month or so...

For stock a slipper Eliminator for sure, ceramic bearings and lightweight pinion is a great start to free up the driveline
Added to the list! It will be an interesting test with the slipper eliminator , have you used one?
@@SeanyRC ya I currently run one, car is very snappy. 30/72 gearing and the car stays super cool, on a larger track I’ve had 32/72 with zero issues
greats videos your painting one are informational but I would go with aluminum or brass front bulkhead
Thank you so much for the feedback :) ! Alu bulk head on order...

Awesome selection , thanks for the comment and information!
Sorry mate outside my wheelhouse... But in the spirit of interaction, Best option I can think of..... keeping the wheels round is a great start😜👍👍👍
Haha thanks bud!
Building a B6.4 right now myself!
Epic! Let us know how it goes..
AE71182 angled bulkhead is a good idea for the car as sorts out the geometry and no need to run 6.3 c hubs etc anymore
On the list thanks Mark!
Can tell you like the car by giving it a good sniff! 😂
Haha , not sure what happened there! 😅
i love my B6.4! great video!
Thanks and same! Lots more content coming!
