Ahhhh. Routing the headstock thickness before cutting out the shape out of the neck blank is genius. I love learning little nuggets like that, that help me with my builds. Thanks for the video.
I had a problem with that same roller bridge where the saddles would push the intonation screws and saddles forward out of their slots from the down force of the strings. I was continually needing to shove the screws and saddles back toward the bridge as they would work forward under down force. Flipping the bridge around so that the intonation screws are in the back fixed it. The intonation adjustment screws only work under tension. It took me about 3 string changes to figure this out.
Love the build! I want to make something similar, and I was wondering if you did any break angle for the neck, or it looks like you routed a pocket for the bridge piece to sit lower in?

cool build . no truss rod
?
it's anything but jazzmaster😊
Look really great! Congratulations! What wiring schema did you use?
nice
Nice build! Why do you dilute your wood glue with water? Just curious I've never seen anyone do that before.
Assuming it seems deeper into the wood
You've carved the middle of the middle piece. Wouldn't that weaken the general structure of the guitar?
No problem.
What type of wood are you using for the body of guitar
You can find the specifications at the end of the video.
What is the weight of the body or the guitar?
Is there a truss rod in the neck?
Near the root of the neck.
@@nakagawaguitars4552 ok, just wondering since I didn't see it 😅
