I am 16 and starting the challenge today! As a girl with asthma, it's hard to find an exercise suitable for my lungs, and yoga is perfect! Not only does yoga work my muscles and flexibility, but it also works my breathing, and helf my asthma as I get the exercise I need every morning! Good morning! I'm so happy I found you here. This would be day 1 of the morning yoga for me. I've started the stretch yoga for beginners 3 days ago and I've started with bedtime Yoga yesterday (Day 1). I have no incorporated 3 sessions of Yoga a day in my daily routine and I love it. I feel rejuvenated and healthy ❤

I start my day with at least 10 min practice if I’m working out and if it’s an off day at the gym I do 30-45. Thank you for making great videos and I noticed how you are now changing angles. That will be very helpful for beginners and people like myself who are always trying to get every position correct!!

I am 71 years old and love all Kassandras videos and I have her two books as well. Doing this for the again for the 4th time. I always find myself going back here whenever I feel like I'm in a slump. The routines were not too hard yet not really easy. Just right for me to feel the burn and sweat a little. Feels good to complete a short practice. Thanks, Kassandra!

Doing this for the again for the 4th time. I always find myself going back here whenever I feel like I'm in a slump. The routines were not too hard yet not really easy. Just right for me to feel the burn and sweat a little. Feels good to complete a short practice. Thanks, Kassandra!
