Wait. Does this mean that Tourette's Syndrome is a neurodevelopmental disorder? ( I just asked because 10:19 made think of Tourette's.)

Yes, Tourette's is a neurological disorder. I had a student in high school with Tourette's and it was so frustrating for him because they would put him on medications (neurological) and it would work really well for a month or two and then the effects would wear off. Then, they would have to stick him on another medication (with side effects) and sometimes they worked and other times they didn't. The students loved him, though, and I was so proud of all of them for being amazing young people.
