I want to thank you.. Tonight my husband of 20 years told me he wants to divorce me and he hates everything about the life we made together.. I’m absolutely crushed and wanted to keep asking why, when I try so hard and love him so much.. Instead I just stopped fighting and went in the other room and decided to watch RUclips to keep
Me from being a crying hot mess..I hoped that as I watched the right message will come thru because I am so lost inside.
It feels so unfair but I didn’t beg , i swallowed it down and realized i need to handle this smarter . I really really needed this video tonight. So thank you. I feel like an absolute wreck but I felt like you spoke to my soul and told me I am worth more.

    1) Do not chase people who don't associate or love you.
    2) How you show up for yourself
•What you think about yourself ?
•What you're saying to yourself in general ?
    3) Let go of the opinions of others.
Why he did not wanna be with you
    your father, mother or boss?
4)What is your daily ritual ?
    • See if your actions align with the vision of the person you wanna be.

Thank you so much for this! I struggle with Borderline Personality Disorder and, among other struggles, I deal with extremely low self esteem and insecurity. One surprising thing that has helped me significantly has been simply showing up for myself - waking up at the time that I said I was going to, going to the gym when I said I was going to, eating healthy. The little rituals and habits really do make a huge difference!

Some people just don't/didn't want kids or didn't have the ability to raise them. It has nothing to do with you: they would have failed as parents no matter who the kid was. Sometimes you need to grieve the loss of what you wish you had in childhood, and realize that it has nothing to do with you.
If you search for love where it is not, or with people who are incapable of it, you will always be disappointed, and worse, you will make it about yourself, instead of about them.
You deserve love and attention, and the child that you were deserves it to. You can't do anything about your parents, but you can still help the child in you by grieving what she never got, and instead of continuing to look for where it isn't, look for where it is. You might never get approval or love from your parents, but you can get it from friends or chosen family or partners. Just because your parents didn't give it to you doesn't mean it's unavailable, you just have to go where it is available. You have to allow yourself to give up looking for it where it isn't, and looked for it where it is. Just because little you didn't get it doesn't mean it's your fault or that you weren't good enough, ironically, it means your parents weren't good enough at being loving parents. Detach from their ideas of your worth, they did not have the capacity to love you the way a child needs, nor the way an adult needs. Let that be their problem, not yours. It's not your responsibility to "fix yourself" or prove anything, it was their responsibility to raise a child properly.

    • @nakitanash
      @nakitanash 11 месяцев назад +9

I was given the advice and had somewhat of an experience and expect to have more; that more whole people, sometimes less traumatized people seem boring at first because they don't have the intensity that we are used to being around. You may find that those people that feel boring at first, end up being very deep stable loving people with whom you can have the type of connection that you haven't experienced before.it's hard to imagine, but it may just be an experience that's new for some of us. Explore a little… I don't think we should have friends that are boring, but maybe the dynamic connections were looking for lie under a boring surface! Lol

I've been struggling with severe imposter syndrome for the past year because I am almost a licensed engineer and people seem to think I know more than I really do. I'm pretty honest about what I do and don't know. But I feel the biggest reason for my self-esteem issues is how much I internalize everything. 1. Do not chase or force those who do not want you, Do not associate with those who do not love you
    2. Let go of opinions of why someone did not want to be with you. (You were meant for other things and better things that bring out the best you).
    3. What's your daily ritual? What do you eat? How do you take care of your body?
4 Make sure your actions line up to the person you want to be (you are the maker and manufacturer of yourself)
    5. Always show up for yourself and things that are important to you.

And i always got anxiety wondering why they are not responding, overanalizing if i did something wrong. I must learn to accept it and move the focus back to my life. If people reject you, you have to stop chasing them. I was so afraid of losing friends, that i accepted almost everything. It's rather incredible rewatching this healed with am unexpected amount of self confidence after a breakup (5 months ago). Now looking at building self esteem for myself and detaching my emotions for myself and happiness from a different Pov. You taught me a lot on how to stop neglecting myself !

I am a grown scapegoat in a dysfunctional family and more. Experienced an abusive ex. I have a top CV and career but am on my own. So many «girlfriends» are not supporting me bc I am not married. Men are very supportive, but many have wrong intentions. I appreciate this video a lot….taking my power back now❤ Thank you

the 'why' that you're searching for, the simple meaning is - you are meant for other things, you are meant for better things. we need to stop thinking about why, we need to move forward to what's next.

I love this channel so much. You’ve really helped me quite a bit. But I wonder if there are actually women that have healed before finding a husband that’s loving and supportive. It’s easier to feel lovable when you’re loved. You don’t need validation the same when you’re getting it.

I can tell just by your energy alone, you actually live your words. Tranquility and peace. You are absolutely right. Actor comes on stage, we know in seconds if he is King or Pauper. Is she Queen or Pauper?
