Wacom bamboo had been on the market nearly 25 years on the market when the world introduce the international language in computing and so it is best to use the stylus as input to prevent virus hidden inside language pattern called sematic or antisematic. The expensive stylus is ok if it work with smartphone and ipad or tablet which would be new jump in input out put that could help direct one step publishing and content creating
I really want to use this on photoshop but the pressure sensitivity doesn't work for me on there :(
Make sure pressure sensitivity is enabled in photoshop as it’s not automatically.
Please, can you teach me how connect the stylus to my computer?
By any chance, do you still use this stylus? I just got one recently and had been using it with my Dell Inspiron 7000 2-in-1. It worked fine for like two weeks, then suddenly stopped functioning over night. The pen software says that it isn't compatible with my laptop all of a sudden, I was just wondering if you were aware of a work around. I tried looking it up online and on Dell's website, and they said this pen wasn't compatible with my device
I have exactly the same computer. Have you tried pressing both buttons at the same time for ~3 seconds?
How did you get it to connect? I can’t seem to make mine connect
It does not connect. It is Microsoft pen protocol. Auto connect. On a surface device...the surface the surface pen pairs because of the eraser and additional features.

Aline Moroz this is the 7573 with the 4K screen and the 8th gen i7 processor. It is an Inspirion.
How were you able to get the pen pressure sensitivity working? mine doesnt seem to register. Could it be the software im using? (im use Krita btw)
Ian Tordz pen sensitivity is baked into the machine and programs. You can adjust the sensitivity via the program on this machine. It does not have an app like the surface pro. It works with windows ink so you might have that turned off? If you use the Bamboo...then make sure you have the proper mode activated. The button on the side toggles between the modes. I don’t use Krita so I will have to look into it.

same I tried toying with the brushes settings but the brush never changed.. i started thinking it was just my brushes settings but I can't find anything with the pressure sensitivity. ( i use Krita too)
@@boredroxy8636 turn on windows ink in settings under tablet panel i beleive- you'll have to restart krita in order for it to register-

I recently lost my pens nib, I've never owned a pen before and I'm not sure what kinds of nibs to replace it with or what exactly I should be looking for, do you have any recommendations? (Also I own the Wacom bamboo 2nd Gen smart stylus)

I have a Lenovo Yoga C640 with sketchbook but when I use the bamboo it doesn’t work with sketchbook pro, it works with everything else on my laptop except sketchbook pro. Help pls

Not sure. Windows desktop? Is the stylus using ntrig tech? What machine? What pen tech does the machine support? You may have to contact Wacom or the machine makers. The bamboo supports MPP and active stylist. You hold the button down to switch between the two technologies. See here: www.wacom.com/en-us/products/stylus/bamboo-ink-plus
having exact issue, pen pressure is non existent but the pen works.

No. It has to be a Wacom powered emr device. The bamboo is ntrig and aes. Look for the surface 2 stylus.

Dijon Johnson textured screen protector that emulates the feel of paper. It is great!
Hi! Is this pen worth it to just take notes?. I have the surface one for my draws, but my daughter needs one stylus for college and am looking for a cheaper one...

Seamus Dobbs not really. I have tilt on a few of my other machines...but this was still a great drawing experience.

You don’t. It should work with the machine if it supports windows ink arm Microsoft pen protocol. Read the direction included with the pen...and see which tech your machine supports. Enjoy!
