    New Year Fitness and Weight Loss Challenges are rampant right now (in January 2022). It's not new. These short term, extreme plans pop up every year and it doesn't even need to be January. I"m begging with you to please stop it! Do not do another 3,10,21, 30 day "challenge". They don't work. You're setting yourself up for failure. Real fitness that lasts comes from long term health habits done consistently. It's not sexy but it works.
