I’ve heard this will be CA compliant. So I will definitely look for this to rent in the range.

Yes please. Looking for as many CR920X reviews as possible before I commit. My wife has the MR920L, which is a beautiful gun, but I know the CR920 had it’s share of issues even after the barrel profile change.
