Richard Burns wins the 1992 Mintex National Rally Championship

Today we remember 2001 World Rally champion Richard Burns, who sadly passed away at only 34 years of age, on this day in 2005.
At only 21, Richard Burns was a star in the making and in the 1992 Mintex National Rally Championship, he beat off his more experienced competitors to take the title, driving a Group N Subaru Legacy.
