Hats off to Manthena raju garu for announcing simple meditation technique for 15 minutes keeping our attention on our breathing. In fact this meditation is being taught in SSY course which is famous today even . SribBhikshammyya guruji taught me this 20 years back at vijayawada .And I have been following it. When I attended health camp at Manthenas Arogyaalayam at vijayawada ,I was taught Brahmmakumari s meditation. Someway or other it is not effective, i felt.. I suggest to introduce this simple 15mts meditation in vijayawada Arogyaalayam

Good & useful vedio useful to all,to relieve stress . Good results we r getting ,to relieve depression,tension,Anxiety& to get mental peace. May b difficult initially to focus on breathing,but we have to practised.
sir my age 16 male i started eating only sprouts daily and i am from a village so is any diasadvantage by eating only sprouts and my weight 58 kgs height 5.3 so can i grow height if i continue this please reply sir

You can include skipping and yogasanas (mainly stretching postures).you can increase your height till 21.
