I'd like to see companions be able to store stuff for you to expand the storage in the game.
That would be great, but it won't happen because it would lessen the incentive for you to buy ESO+.
The inventory space is so limited (or should I say the crafting materials always clatter the inventory) because it is a monetisation tactic.
I really like romance in gaming as it adds flavor to your character. Like the romance with Yennefer is part of who Geralt is.

Yea exactly! It could add a cool flair to the system as a whole, which I find outside of their questlines, to be a little stale compared to what it COULD be

I'd like to be able to customize the companions look a bit with different personalities or hair styles so we can differentiate them more from other's companions.
Awesome idea- using a 3 companion setup for dungeons! Most of the time I am not having a companion out. I do only when I need a tank. I have Isobel doing that and she is very useful vs Worldbosses but for normal questing I don't need them cause content is so easy, plus sometimes they throw their comments when a quest npc is talking, making it difficult to hear him/her. Once I got all the keepsakes, I have no real reason to use them and if I do, its only for tanking some harder content. Having three would be so nice. Even if only for dungeons. Basically what I did was grinded them all to max level in BRP during event, maxed their rapport for keepsake and did their story but that's single-use thing. There is one best-in-slot companion and there is really no point in using all of them. Cool ideas.
They could make it where you can equip the overland sets for the companions. But just overland, not dungeon or trial sets.
Yea - there’s a lot about player gear that doesn’t really make sense or work for companions but even keeping it to simple stuff, no proc sets and just overland/crafted gear would be more interactive and fun than the current companion gear system
I know Zos said the don't want us dependent on Companions... to late. My DBL PetSorc is already dependant on both pets and Bastion. The main difference? When my pets die ( or unsummon) I hit a key and pop, there they are. Bastion, I have to go and rez him like he's another player.
That said, I'd love to be able to go into a dungeon with 3 companions and do a Story Time solo on dungeons with mechanics that make it almost impossible. So simple 'stay here', 'pull lever' comands.
Romance... I mean yeah, if it's there, I'll use that system. I'm in the middle of a DAI play through and my Inquisitor is romancing Dorian ( one of two romances I haven't done yet).
I'm all for more content as long as it doesn't hurt the overall feeling of the game.
BTW.. if anyone doesnt know.. if you put the Manimarco costume on a companion, the circlet is on their head. I have not checked that with Sharpe, because he's not happy with wardrobe changes, but have with the rest.
So they CAN have headgear, it's Zos not allowing, which I understand, but don't agree with.

Any increased companion RP would be great! Id love it if tjings wwre even kind of like Skyrim, where your companion would kind of wander free in a tavern, or interact with a crafting station. Or if they had some emote recognition that would allow them to emote if you did. Would love vamp/werewolf companion. Would also love if they inserted companions into the base game if you complete some of the story quests, would go in line with the 10 year skin. Thanks for the great videos, been enjoying tje content lately! Still have to watch the build videos!
I have a strong feeling that the reason we aren’t seeing the companions release with Gold Road is PARTLY because one of them is a werewolf / vampire / necro and all of them have issues with the justice system. Other part would be just how big scribing is 🤷🏻♂️
romancanble npcs=greater immersion especially if its done well i saw mention about it possibly happening in future expansions i really love it when games do this star wars old republic online has romancable companions and it feels natural feels like the characters grow with my character the more time i spend with them.

I'm not looking for it, but I'm not against it. Having a spouse/partner/companion might be better RP than the Ring of Mara
NPCs have limited dialogue and I find marriage in Skyrim to be rather boring, but it could add life to the game. I'm generally all-in on the devs adding RP elements to the game
Yea I think it’d be more interesting than the ring of Mara 100%. Also, this is just one of MANY things I’d like to see to move the system as a whole forward. The new companions are always cool and I really enjoy their stories, but they need more functionality imo.

i think having them increase your storage would be great addon and also being able to completely customize their look like how we can with ourselves. you'd be able to make a really cool duo look and I personally would find that to be very fun

Lack of helmets is beyond my understanding, it kills immersion so hard when there are clones of Isobel or Sharp standing next to each other, different only in name. Just...let us hide their faces at least if we cannot rename them ...lol
I want to be able to use the character creator to create my own companion. They couldn’t afford the server space for everyone to have their own custom companions though.
Yea they have server performance & memory issues as is, just imagine what that would do 🤣 but it would be SO COOL if they did that
Though never been confirmed, I think there's a bit of romance between Isobel and Aurelia. There's also plenty of couples in the game in various zones. Thanks for the vid 🙂

SPOILER!!! But I’m pretty sure aurelia goes off with the ship captain (can’t remember name) to marry him but I do know Isobel had some feelings for her

I could have sworn they said something about this back during the Blackwood reveal. As in "eventual aspirations" for companions. But you know. 🤷
Yea I believe they did too… hopefully we start to see more additions to the system as a whole and not just 2 new companions every year 🤷🏻♂️

I originally thought you could romance your companions, when I maxed out Sharp I got so excited I was going to get to romance Garrus all over again (same voice actor) 😢no such luck

I might actually farm 4-man dungeons if I could use 3 companions. I don't bother with them now because of....attitudes.

They’ve previously stated we wouldn’t be able to have any known characters as companions or anything due to how they would interact with previous/future versions of themselves in the story BUT, more RP options in the dialogue that’s remembered in future stories would be dope
