    I am so excited to try this throw. I learned the falling leaves stitch on another channel but the hostess only did small projects with the falling leaf stitch. Fall is my favorite season too. I can't wait to make this your throw! Thank you so much for pattern.

    If I wanted to make this blanket for a king size bed how many stitches would I need to make it for a king size bed

    • @AmandaCrochets
      @AmandaCrochets  2 года назад

      You would make a chain in a multiple of 3 until your desired width. I can’t say exactly how many chains this would be as your gauge and yarn might be different than mine, but I would try 304 chains and see if that’s the width you need. Thanks!

    I love this tutorial and the speed of your teaching. I had a little trouble seeing some of the stitches with the dark yarn.. I am gonna try making a swatch to see if I have it right. Thank you this pattern.

    Hello Amanda, thank you for another clear, concise tutorial. I am enjoying working the stitches but have one question. I'm working with Caron Cakes and a size 5.5mm I hook. I'm finding the spaces between the leaves are large. Is this a tension issue for me? Im fairly new to crochet and Id love your advice. Thank you for another beautiful pattern 🙏

    • @AmandaCrochets
      @AmandaCrochets  2 года назад +1

      Hi Danielle, I'm so glad you found this tutorial helpful! Yes, this could be a tension issue. Once your hands start getting used to holding the yarn and crochet hook, your tension should even out a little more. I remember when I first started to crochet that my stitches were so tight I couldn't get my hook through. It just takes some practice and patience. You got this!

    Ma'am I am doing this blanket, but coming curved

    • @AmandaCrochets
      @AmandaCrochets  2 года назад

      It’s possible your tension is too tight. Maybe try going up a hook size for the chain. Hope that helps!

    First I would like to say the way you teach is so easy to understand. Second I love how this blanket is looking so far😊 I was thinking about adding a border to mine when it's done. Any suggestions?

    • @AmandaCrochets
      @AmandaCrochets  8 месяцев назад

      Thank you! I'm glad you find my teaching easy to understand and that you're enjoying how your blanket is coming out. For a border, I usually do a simple single crochet border for a lot of my blankets. However, if you wanted to add a little something else, I suggest one row of single crochet and one row of the picot stitch. I think that would look really pretty!
