Amanda!! I can’t keep up with all these great pattens and yarn lately. You are making it hard to choose which one to do first. Please keep sharing. I’ll catch up. Thank you for sharing another great yarn and pattern. 🍁🧡
Hi Amanda from So.Dakota. just found your channel and wanted to let u know that i just love the Pumpkin Spice throw blanket. I have tried your pattern and will making a throw using this stitch very soon. Thanks for sharing. 7:02 e
Hello my sweet Amanda! What a beautiful blanket and I love the name of it! Perfect for this upcoming cozy season! My friend gifted me two balls of the puzzle yarn in a minty color which I love! I can’t wait to try this great pattern ‘ 💙💙💙💙 thank you for being such a wonderful teacher ! I love 💙 your channel and your sweet soothing voice!
Hello Cynthia! Thanks for your sweet comment! I’m so glad you enjoyed this pattern. I hope you give it a try with your puzzle yarn. That color sounds very pretty! 😊🧶
Hey Amanda. This blanket really captivated me today. I watch all of your podcasts but this is the first in which I will try. I ordered the NP hook and just one skein of the puzzle yarn but in the color way "JACK". If all goes well, I will order the four more skeins to complete the project. Oh I have crocheted a previous blanket of yours but in a different yarn. I think the blanket stitch suits me well. I enjoy it. So versatile and quite satisfying to me. I am not a fan of the open space and holes that crochet patterns produce, but this stitch is closed off and I seem to like it a lot. I thank you kindly for this beautiful podcast today. Ken
Hi Amanda….this yarn is beautiful and the blanket is too. I’ve never used that yarn before but will have to try it. The fall colors are gorgeous!! Thank you & have a blessed day!! 😊😊
I just started crocheting about three weeks ago! I’ve been looking for a blanket to make, I think this is it! Thanks so much for the great tutorial. Wish me luck 😊
This is beautiful Amanda ! I think you will be using this yarn again! It's my favorite yarn to make throws out of! I love the texture and the finished projects!
Just beautiful, Amanda ❤️ I love your clear instructions and I would love to put on my to do list for Autumn next year. Thank you for sharing stunning patterns.
I finally ordered this yarn and started this throw yesterday. I absolutely love this yarn! I won’t be able to go back to red heart or I Love This Yarn again, except to finish already started projects. Thank you!
Amanda I Love this yarn it’s so nice and squishy for babies I have made 5 of them in the green and given them to my family members for their new babies . I love this color Kickball and will make a blanket for myself for this winter but who knows someone may want it for themselves 😂. Love watching you crochet and you have a very pleasant voice to listen to . Hugs from Maria
Yes I do get Knitcrate yarns :) Unfortunately I do not have the color option. I only have the Pumpkin Spice color. I believe you can still purchase the yarn on their website though. www.knitcrate.com/collections/yarn
Amanda, I just ordered Premier Puzzle yarn in Kickball, five balls. It is such a beautiful color way. Can ‘t wait to receive my order and begin Pumpkin Spice Throw! Can I ask why you decided on larger stitch?
I hope you enjoy this yarn and pattern! I decided on a larger stitch because I wanted something dense and warm. By using a larger hook, I was able to achieve the look I wanted 😊
I’ve been working on this blanket pattern (which I love!) but have found that it’s really awful if you accidentally miss one of the double crochets in the sequence because you won’t catch the mistake until you’re clear on the other side of the blanket on the next row, which means a ton of frogging 🫠 I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how to fix it in these cases WITHOUT having to frog all that work? Like maybe adding a stitch or something? As much as I want it to look perfect, I also don’t want to have to keep undoing all my hard work so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I highly suggest using a stitch marker to mark the beginning stitch and last stitch of each row. As you make more rows, move your stitch markers up. This will help you keep track of your stitches so you don’t miss anything. I hope that helps 😊
@@AmandaCrochets Thank you! I have been using stitch markers which definitely helps me keep track of where to put my last stitch 😊 I’m kinda obsessed with this yarn and pattern so thank you very much for putting it out there for all of us to enjoy as well 💕

Amanda, I see that you get the Knit crate yarns. I am wondering if you have any of their Vidalana in Apple Picking? Thanks, Mary

Amanda the blanket & yarn are great. However my hook size will be an L. Really don’t like all the holes the larger hook makes.
Thank you! You can use a smaller hook if you’d like. This is just what I chose to use 😊
