Picked up a used APS single kit for $500 last year. Working on piecing together the fuel and supporting mods now. Just have to decide what I want to do with my engine because I’m at 185k miles. Either send it, refresh/reseal, or a low mileage JDM engine are my current thoughts.
What radar detector are you running? I would suggest the Uniden. I see alot of others run the Valentine or the Escort Max. I feel like the Valentine is dated and I can only speak about the Uniden R3 as I own one. They came out with an Uniden R7 but it's like $600 usd but I assume it functions similar to the R3 but it does have arrows in which notifies where the signal is coming from. The R3 has a long range of detecting ka bands. False alerts can be gps muted and learned so they don't go off on your daily routes, but there is a limited amount of how many you can have...it's a large amount but there is a limit. R7 will have a larger amount. Again, they won't go off unless the cop has it on or uses the laser etc. I also see DDE use the Escort but they have been pulled over numerous of times too.

Im on this quest now with my G , just did Nismo KBD front bumper and practically redid whole front end alignment and control arm wise , equal length turbo set up is my main goal or if not the mid mount boosted performance cause of easier install
What did you do to the engine before setting up boost? Did you replace the the internals with forged replacements before hand and how much boost are you running with your current setup? Your G is dope as hell buddy!

From what I got fitment wasn't the greatest but most guys make it work., front mount definitely looks good in the bay, the kit isn't much of an issue like you throw a big enough turbo at it and I'm sure it can make the power.

Keep in mind only with tt setups does it bolt right on. With BP kit it requires the adapter pipe connects directly to the mid pipe. And for other single kits it will almost definitely require some for of adapter
Better of either slapping in a lower millage stock block and then boosting or building the motor. Butt honestly if just boost what you have and if it blows then deal with it buy either building or slipping in a lower mileage stock one

In the UK the easyest route to get boost is supercharger, mainly because all the turbo kits are for left hand drive cars.

Donut media used it on the hi-lo 350z and it hardley fit, they had to trim and re-fabricate some of the pipeing

You can make 600whp with a setup like that.

@@Turtlefarm I would always upgrade injectors at least 750cc never mess with fuel. Realistically you can do a 550cc
