I've been watching you guys start with this project that's what made me want to get a G37 y'all gave me some good advice on coilovers and told me to watch on a oil burning. Well I finally got my first G37 I finally got her stanced just put a wide body kit on 4 exhaust system and running on E85 love it my daily driver

Static garage wanted to see if you could help me solve exactly what the issue is on my 06 g35 coupe. When I put the key switch to position “ON” (the one before the car actually starts) my HICAS System in the rear makes a weird rattling noise and you can see it shifts side to side just snuff to make car slightly shake . It has no check engine light .i posted two videos so you can see what I’m talking about . Please help.

I got a couple questions I'm 14 an getting a g35 and I wanna put a supercharger on it, how much was this specific supercharger, and how long did the install take?
Zentallian hard to say, normal setup is like 7k. This is an upgraded version and my tuner rzg hooked me up. It took about 2 days with minor setbacks

What kind of pistons, rods, and crank did you switch over to in order to push this boost?

StaticMartin your going to run boost with everything being stock on the VQ and your not worried about having issues? How much boost are you planning to push? And your running the VQ35DE ReUp Motor right? I ask because I’m running that motor in my 06 coupe with the 6 speed tranny currently and I’m looking to get a Vortex supercharger on mine. Any information you can provide would be very much appreciated.
Mace if it blows it would suck but I’ll have fun in the meantime and just save up to get it fixed. I don’t expect it to last forever. And psi would be about 8-9lbs. Not much, but it will still be on e85. Yes I have the revup, the tranny will outlast the motor. As long as your motor is healthy, you do regular maintenance and get a good tuner. It should last you as long as you don’t beat on it like crazy
StaticMartin I see. I’m curious as to how many miles the motor has and what kind of tune your running. I plan on supercharging mine soon but I’m looking to rebuild the engine with a striker kit first so I can push some major boost with it. It’s definitely pricy on the rebuild for sure. Unfortunately the striker kit for this engine is expensive as hell for some reason compared to a lot of other engines. I have been looking around to see if I can find some better deals before I go all in and buy the kit. I can’t wait to see how much HP your pushing with this build. Let me know when you get it dyno tested. I’m excited for you big dawg!
Mace this motor has about 97k, rzgmotorsports has us tuned with uprev software. I’m still getting it etuned so that takes a while going back n forth. Yeah I seen that kit and it is really pricey, these motors not cheap to build either. Once it’s ready we will be making a video on the dyno so stick around for that ✊🏼
