    Damn - I didn’t know that the breath of fire was so powerful. This is definitely gonna be my go to breathwork for my morning routine from now on!
    I would love to see a more advanced video, since 11-22-33 wasn’t enough for me. Just added two more rounds on my own and it felt amazing!

    Am glad that I found this channel. A perfect mix of asanas, movement and breathe-work. Practiced Kapala Bhathi first time in my life and will do it regularly.

    Thanks for the video. I fractured my right hand a few days back so that puts a break in my yoga practice for 4 weeks. Till then I'll stick to breathing exercises and mediation.

    Could you pls explain the workings behind the 11-22-33 reps sequence; the 22-33-44 and the one that your teacher taught you, 48 reps for 3 rounds?

    Thanks for the good content!! One question, in other video you said breathing with mouth wasn’t good, since the filtering part of our body is the nose breath. When is it good then to breath by the mouth like in this soothing breath you showed with teeth ¡? Thank you

    Is kapalbhati good for pitta body type

      Pitta will be aggravated by kapalabhati so be moderate, specially in summer.

    it is not correct way kapal bhati, u need use abdominal muscles when do and after breath holding also..

      the abdominal muscles work together when doing it this way with the diaphragm. thanks for your input 🙏in kapal bhati there is no kumbhaka (breath hold), you perhaps mean uddiyana bandha.
