Damn - I didn’t know that the breath of fire was so powerful. This is definitely gonna be my go to breathwork for my morning routine from now on! I would love to see a more advanced video, since 11-22-33 wasn’t enough for me. Just added two more rounds on my own and it felt amazing! Thank you so much for this video - your explanation was perfect! 🙏🙏
I love your breathwork videos, Bre and Flo! Even though I'm a yoga teacher, and I teach these methods, I enjoy being guided by your words and practicing along your side.
Am glad that I found this channel. A perfect mix of asanas, movement and breathe-work. Practiced Kapala Bhathi first time in my life and will do it regularly. Very glad that you learnt yoga from my country, India and thanks for sharing your knowledge to everyone. Bow and Namaste.
Glad you enjoy the classes 🙏🏽 learning in India was only a very small part of my training. We have both taken and still do trainings all over the world 🖤
That was perfect!!! Amazing guiding through Kapalabhati! and the perfect addition following Bre's Power Flow Crow Class! Super cool, and now Coffee time :-) Thank you!!
Love, love, love the classes Bre and you put together! I have noticed an intense change in my form and overall tone of my body! Extremely grateful to both of you 🙏🏽 And yes, I am one of those people who can’t roll the tongue 👻
Hey Flo, thank you so much for your guidance through this wonderful practice. I really do want to incorporate some breathwork into my health and fitness regime - as I think it essential to compliment physical well-being with spiritual and emotional-wellbeing. Thank you again, and sending you healing and love 😃👋❤️
Thanks for the video. I fractured my right hand a few days back so that puts a break in my yoga practice for 4 weeks. Till then I'll stick to breathing exercises and mediation.
Thanks for the good content!! One question, in other video you said breathing with mouth wasn’t good, since the filtering part of our body is the nose breath. When is it good then to breath by the mouth like in this soothing breath you showed with teeth ¡? Thank you
Could you pls explain the workings behind the 11-22-33 reps sequence; the 22-33-44 and the one that your teacher taught you, 48 reps for 3 rounds? As always, thank you for sharing the practise with us!
Awesome as always! I use breath of fire as a pre-workout process before my workouts🙏 Flo, you mentioned some tips for cleansing your nostrils at the beginning.. what would you recommend?
I would love to try this out. What is the science behind this breathing? Do you switch this one up with other breathing exercises like the one with the breath holds?
the abdominal muscles work together when doing it this way with the diaphragm. thanks for your input 🙏in kapal bhati there is no kumbhaka (breath hold), you perhaps mean uddiyana bandha.
*One of my favorite energizing breathing exercises!*
Thank you!! 😊
6:00 so I know where to start tomorrow 😊
Being an Indian I know this practice from childhood. But with small details you explain is really good.
I'm so happy I came across this, all this breathwork daily has already improved my breathing so much thank youuuu

Flo, you mentioned some tips for cleansing your nostrils at the beginning.. what would you recommend?
Are you related to Jiri Prochazka the ufc fighter. lol I see similarities and hes all about meditating too. Nice video.
Great one, would love a jal neti tutorial.
we have one on the channel already, look at the "off the mat" playlist or search the channel.
What mudra does he use?
Im hope so much that you, guys, will make some mantra singing videos. It'l be great! But any way thank you a lot!
we won't any time soon, that is reserved for our in person events 🙏thanks for your comment and input
Sir kapalabathi vs breath of fire same or different?
Thx :)
I read somewhere that women shouldn't do Kapalbhati and Bhastrika. Is it true?
Whats the purpose of the Mudra during kapalabhati, may I know?
Create more cleansing energy and focus
Dios mío, qué hombre tan increíblemente guapo! Por dentro y por fuera! 💖
Sorry we don't speak your language, but we're happy you're here with us ❤️
@@BreatheAndFlow he just said you're an incredibly handsome man inside and out. Namaste.
Hi, your comment so good brothet
I would love to try this out. What is the science behind this breathing? Do you switch this one up with other breathing exercises like the one with the breath holds?
Is kapalbhati good for pitta body type
try it out and see for yourself, it is impossible to give advice without knowing you through a comment online ❤
Pitta will be aggravated by kapalabhati so be moderate, specially in summer.
I was following along but I don’t feel a single thing
My eyes are not where they're supposed to 😁
it is not correct way kapal bhati, u need use abdominal muscles when do and after breath holding also..
the abdominal muscles work together when doing it this way with the diaphragm. thanks for your input 🙏in kapal bhati there is no kumbhaka (breath hold), you perhaps mean uddiyana bandha.
I tried breathing but that package took my breath away 😅😅🤦♂️🤣🤣
too much talking man
I really wanna see his package
