wow, I am on Day 20 of the Intermediate Calendar. Wow. I am a naturally strong person and I thought I knew what strength building in yoga meant. I am humbled by the last twenty days and I am so excited to finish it and repeat it. Until I can feel confident in the level and the meditation aspect, which I struggle with after the first 10 minutes of meditating.

i love the cues it also helps me stay present and mindful of the posture or asana . I flow easily into meditation after your class thank you thank you . I also practice jiu jitsu and take big breaks and go back and the soreness is next level . I am 50 and have never felt better spiritually or mentally and my patience and love for this earth and humanity is huge . Started out wanting to say thank you but the gratitude is pouring out of my heart and into my fingers while i type . " don't worry be happy "

Great class! And oh wow the half-split twists were deceptively challenging! The only way I managed to do them was to really engage my core and use it to hold me up. I've never seen this exercise anywhere before! Loved when you said the second side was more wobbly, I thought so too! Did this as part of the 30-day calendar. Excellent as always. Thanks Bre and Flo!

It is always so rewarding getting suprised by new postures. Today I really enjoyed the sequence around 12:30 . Never had a yoga instructor yet to challenge me with this.
Really liked this one, great balance of strength and stretch for me. The video and audio seems like another step up in this location too (not that it wasn't already great). Also do appreciate the less guidance at parts as i can get a bit more zen and in tune with my breath. Thanks guys!

Thank for sharing this practice. For the wide leg fold I need to sit on a block in order to fold forward at all. Then I am able breath myself down a bit more .

I have been practicing one of your classes daily for around a 6 weeks and the results have been amazing. When I was 15 I tore my shoulder playing cricket and didn't rest up correctly (went on a provincial hockey tour 2 weeks later). I'm now 34 and can honestly say my right shoulder feels nearly as good as the left one thanks to your classes. The stiffness and weakness that plagued my shoulder has almost completely disappeared. Your understanding nature and peaceful approach to teaching makes it very easy to be motivated to join a class daily. Thank you for making these videos, you have greatly improved my physical well being over the last few weeks. I look forward to continuing my journey with you.
Your reasoning for a gentler/more grounding practice today made me chuckle - I’m back on the mats for a couple of weeks now after a year off (covid precaution) and know how you feel. Great timing! 😝
Thank you for the amazing class! For me, a preferable way is the instructor only announces the move and maybe few tips in the first 5 seconds or so then we focus on silence within until the next move begins. But, I totally understand that this might be just my preference and more people may benefit much better with being guided. Namaste :)
Doing this routine after doing the yin yoga session twice yesterday definitely pushed me a little further while still grounding me. I really appreciated how you ended this one. Especially reminding me that however close I can get to the ground is fine so long as I’m feeling the stretch somewhere. Very encouraging. That Sphinx pose is my favorite, too. I drive around and sit down a lot. So, very great for my posture and so forth. All in all, doing yoga with you has been great for my overall well-being and I look forward to continue this journey with you. 🙏🏾🤲🏾

I have been doing yoga for years and not sure what cues people are referring to but I still need to be reminded to do the pose correctly sometimes so that I don’t hurt myself. Reminders also help to get the most out of the pose. I really enjoy you both. Take good care.

Forgot to say...After reverse tabletop...when the hips are on the ground, hands behind the back on the ground tend to "fall asleep"...like get less circulation. I wonder if that is the usual for most people.
