Yeah this really has a good beat. I can watch this on my TV right now I'm watching it on my phone. I need to lose inner thigh fat desperately I just don't even know if I could do this for more than a minute I get discouraged way easy.
Most of these exercises are far to advanced for anyone with knee problems. I'm not overweight, underweight if anything, and past 55 years, I work out and hike. My knees would not be OK with most of these exercises.

That's great that you're able to watch it on your TV and phone! It can be really discouraging when it comes to trying to lose inner thigh fat, but don't give up! Start with doing the routine for just a minute, and then gradually increase the time as you get stronger and more comfortable with the exercises. You can do it!
