@@Kelvglobal unfortunately, the problem came back about 30 mins after I posted that. It was not prompting me for a few hours, and then suddenly it decided to. I'm wondering if it's because I don't have proper corporate certificates installed on my laptop
Hi Jim, Thanks for watching my video. Yes, i have other suggestion that will definitely solve the problem. I am going to create some new video on this very soon. Below is the solution if the above the video did not solve the problem. 1. Is this account syncing from Active Directory domain or just an outlook account? If this is an outlook account, You can go to Credential manager in control panel > Click on the outlook account that is requesting for password change > Click Edit and enter the logon name and password of your mail. 2. probably there is a problem with the password trying to sync with outlook from the web. Go to your web browser and change your password from outlook web app and enter the new password in outlook and this will definitely solve the problem. If this did not help, you can send me a personal email at kejocomputers@gmail.com.
Hi Karabelo, Thanks for Watching my video. Did you recently changed your password on your computer? Are you working with a company computer or a personal computer? If you are working with a company computer, probably your company account password had expired. Can you try to access the web mail if it is possible for you to logon via the browser? Do you also have your mail configured on your mobile device? If yes, are you receiving any message to enter your password? If you can answer the above question, I will have an idea what the problem is.

Hi Karim Thanks for watching my video. If you receive a popup in outlook when you connect to VPN, the problem is from your domain server. Ask the helpdesk to reset your password in Active Directory and when you connect with VPN, it will sync with your domain. Or you can logon to office 365 and enter your new password. If your domain is configured to write back password to active Directory, the problem will be solved.
Hi Matthew. Thanks for watching my video. Are you using office from your company? Probably your password expired and need to be changed in your computer as well. You will need open credential manager and remove all password related to outlook, after restarting outlook it will request for your password. Enter your new password and click saved on this device. Please confirm if it works
Thanks Abdurrahman for watching my video. Are you receiving any other error message? Have you logged on to a different device that you are not aware of that Outlook is trying to login to? When you change your password for your email, it will try to sync on all other devices that you have cache your password. You can delete all office cached related software from credential manager in control panel and see if that helps.
