The metal charging software fell out so I can’t charge my switch and it died so it doesn’t work and I have had my switch for years and loved it but now it doesn’t work anymore and there’s nothing I can do😢

Send it to a shop for repair. They should be able to resautter it back into place for you!

It was showing the Charging Icon but it wasn't charging... Just had this problem first thing today with an original charger I bought recently, brand new, from Nintendo and boxed, I read on the internet to try this but didn't believe it would work, then clicked your video seeing if you had a different suggestion and it worked while watching your video :)

I don’t recommend this but for me I had to revive my Nintendo charger by
1-plug in both
2-moving it side by side hearing electric stuff until you see your Nintendo charging
3.when it’s charging, try to unplug it carefully and charge it somewhere else better that’s not loss or something.
