The problem is obvious kid. The screen on your device have lost connection to the rest of the device which makes it appear off. You need some professional help to reattach the cord to the screen to make it go on on 👍🏿

Mines been charging for like a month and it will not turn on at all. I tried hard resetting it. The volume buttons, etc. Its just a straight black screen. I even tried unplugging the charger for 30 seconds and trying again, still nothing. It pisses me off bc NOTHING IS WORKING.
