    Thank you Jodylynn. I started using the stamp you recommended in your last microneedling video and prefer it to a roller. The Pen looks like a upgrade to the stamp. I love that you focused on nano needling. I never do more than nano or cosmetic needling at home. I think (for me at least) medical microneedling is best left to professionals and at that point, in terms of cost, it can be similar to a laser which is usually way more effective. Great idea to use cocktailed sheet mask before!

    At the lowest setting of 11,000 revolutions per minute, or rpm, those needles are going up and down, in and out of your skin about 180 times per second. Think about that as you work. Another important point is that the length doesn't click at each .25 setting, meaning you can set the dial in between .25 and .5 bc it glides smoothly. Also remember to clean your glasses well before you put them back on.

      When you say you can put it between the .25 and .5 settings, do you mean that you can adjust the needle depth for in between those two? Sorry. I just want to make sure I understand. I'm pretty new to this.

    • @denisenj7648
      @denisenj7648 9 месяцев назад

      @@Carabellaaa Yes, I mean it doesn't click at .25 and then .5 then .75. it actually glides smoothly from zero to the highest setting. So you could put it exactly at the .25 mark or nudge it a bit higher but not yet to .5.

    Why are you moving the pen around like that? Surely dragging the pen is tearing the skin?

    • @AgingNaturallywithJodylynn
      @AgingNaturallywithJodylynn  11 месяцев назад +8

      In this video I'm nano-needling, I am not puncturing any holes into the skin, so a light drag should be fine. However, I do not drag it when I am using cosmetic or medical microneedling. I stamp it. Thank you for watching! 🙏♥️

    very informative. some claim you can sterelize the needles and reuse them about 4 times. how much % of alcohol solution would it be ideal so they won't go rusty?

      70% is what you use with the rollers so I would assume the same thing.

      Hi, I am from India. I would like to purchase this product. Even I am planning to get extra cartridges so that I can use it for longer time without worrying about my husband's next USA visit.
      How can I come to know the depth of the needle while buying cartidges? They have mentioned .25 means those needles can only go to the depth of .25 not 1mm?
      Which one to buy, 18 or 36 pin bayonet ?

      I do, but you don't have to. Just use a good cleanser--preferably a foam cleanser or gel cleanser. And one with glycolic acid in it. You just done want a cleanser that has lots of oils in it as it can sit on the skin. You want the face to be squeaky clean but not raw. ☺️
