Just a friendly reminder from a healthcare worker....please please please remove ALL of the numbing cream thoroughly and disinfect the skin with alcohol BEFORE using the device. Allowing any trace of bacteria or numbing cream to enter into the skin can be very dangerous
Is using alcohol on a cotton pad a good way to remove the numbing cream ?
I had fillers done a month ago and the injector didn't even disinfect the area before she shoved the needle in my face! Luckily I was on antibiotics due to a minor skin infection. Had I not been, I dread to think.
She messed up the filler anyway, I need it corrected tomorrow by someone else.
Sigh.
@@SleeplessinOC I remove with a washcloth and then I go over with an alcohol pad.
She was terrible about removing the numbing cream then while needling, crossing into numbing cream areas! So bad!

Absolutely excellent instructional videos. I use hyaron mixed with other ingredients using derma pen or sometimes hydra pen microneedler but with no numbing cream. Works very well also. Love your channel, instructions etc. Inspirational to DIY'ers. Thanks for all you do

I would add this main procedure step, don't scratch your skin by doing in any direction, go with the device horizontally, vertically and diagonally.

wait hyaron is a dermal filler which can double as mesotherapy. but how is it effective if you wiill just use dermapen? hyaron is gel type right? is the particle too big for the skin to absorb via dermapen/microneedle?
Omg I told one friend and she did the same thing and asked me to order it and pay me back and then I was like responsible for how much she liked her results..I never told another person lol. I told her I quit doing it and just never talked to anyone about it again lmao
As a 20 year medical professional some of this is making me cringe, mostly using the same towel that numbing cream was wiped off with to wipe blood off. Your skin has open places caused by the pen, use clean gauze, one is asking for an infection otherwise.

I just did this night before last with my leftovers from meso with my M8 on my face and as much of my neck as I could see. I went deeper than usual to experiment a bit and I’m looking forward to seeing the results :) I’m doing my hands, arms, and chest tonight.
How we’re your results ?
All of you are thinking that deep Microneedling is sooooo awesome. It isn’t. If you want the proper effect use mesotherapy for this product. Otherwise you’re barely getting any product in your face
And it’s not meso if you’re using an M8. None of you, know the proper terminology! Meso is tiny injections under the skin measuring .05 ml
@@lnayler thank you for adding your expertise. I think your tone comes across a little like you know much more…. Do you have a channel? Meso therapy is not for everyone, neither is micro needling however so many of us want to learn to do these techniques correctly.

Vitamin C is not recommended during or 24-48 hrs after micro needling. Vitamin E is great for after 48 hours. You only want to use hydrating serums or Hyaluronic acid for the first 48 hours. Remember that you want to hydrate the face. Oils do not hydrate your face

Go to a professional, and you definitely don’t want to mix a bunch of stuff together and micro needle it in.

Think I’m going to try this! But the rejuran used in the video has lidocaine and hylauronic acid in it. So you wouldn’t have to use numbing cream or hylauronic acid serum in addition. There’s a purer version of rejuran called “rejuran s” that is 100% rejuran and would offer better results (the website says). + it’s cheaper :-)

Hello there, the first time I used my M8 pen at 0.5 I definitely felt it. My face turned a bit red and felt the burning. But the second and third time I used it I felt nothing! Even at 1.5 it did nothing to my skin. Is this normal??? I definitely felt the needles at 1.5/1.75) but my face didn’t even turn red. Maybe my skin turned to cardboard 🤔
I was starting to think that I’m the only person with cardboard for skin! 😅😂 I went up to 1.75 this evening… no pain, no redness nada. 🥴
