That build looks very strong for these super long range battles. However, I'm just wondering if this is worth running if you don't play around the super open rooms like you guys did in goblin caves. I have been playing recurve + spear last 2 wipes because it feels a bit more versatile. Also, shotgun is super fun to use but not consistent enough for me.
You’re very right. The weapons you have should dictate the modules that you hold. A recurve and survival bow do much better in Crypts because of the tight corners. And you should avoid jail or pyramid altogether if you know there is a longbow ranger. Recurve/spear is a great combo!

The solo ranger meta is forceful shot recurve but I don’t really play it. I still bring a longbow with shotgun 😂 But movement speed is more crucial in solos so I would recommend recurve bow, 7 true phys and quickfire, quick shot

It’s just practice. My hit percentage when starting was less than 50%. Also, remember that content creators aren’t showing you their bad clips. I have plenty of games where I make poor decisions and die or miss my shots.

Tried using trueshot yet? I feel it's undervalued with how strong shotgun is, but very enjoyable to use.
I’ve used it with crossbows and the windlass but I could test it out with the longbow! Across the map headshots 😂

in 350 hours of play I killed hundreds of skeleton champions but I never dropped a golden key... I found more gold coin chest than golden key lol
I have killed a ton too! It’s really just about getting lucky, finding BIS and selling it for a lot.

Recurve can be very good! Put a lot of true damage on your kit and run quick fire quick shot recurve bow and it’s very strong
another longbow ranger enjoyer. #1 longbows will be best!!
