Hi can you set it to echo just once... Maybe 3/4 of a second delay? Also can a foot-switch be used?

Yes, pretty sure you can set it like that. It is a finnicky device, you have to fool with it. I believe footswitch is just turn on and off.

Yes you want to look at mixers first for sure. For my thin voice I liked the dbl track feature but I may have been a little impulsive. Good luck.
