traded my VE-500 in a few weeks ago and picked up the VE-22 as shown in the video. This is the 4th vocal pedal I've purchased and can say right out of the box, is the easiest to use and offers better sound quality than the others. Some will argue there's no way the VE-22 is better than the VE-500. My argument is largely hinged on the upgraded sounds. They're simply better and when coupled with the ease of use, this is a no brainer.
Could you please clarify why the lack of automatic harmony detection with piano or guitar is considered a downside? I'm new to this and trying to figure out if it’s still worth purchasing. I plan to use my piano and acoustic guitar with a Loudbox Mini amp while incorporating a vocal processor for live performances with friends. Would the inability to set the key automatically from my instruments be a significant limitation when playing guitar or piano, or would the vocal harmony features still be sufficient for my needs? Thanks in advance!
OK I am a big fan of Long McQuade. It’s time to get to the next level. All I can say is one word Sweetwater to get there they kick ass they have personalities they can broadcast interesting and excellent content. Andertons in England they mastered online RUclips content time for you guys to get to the next level.
That just sounds terrible. You can tell the singer is decent, but the effects chosen for the demo were just awful. I was actually very interested in purchasing one of these units until I watched this video.
I recently got the Boss VE-22 Vocal Processor, and while it has some great features, I’ve encountered a couple of frustrating issues: Effect Cut-Off: When switching patches or turning off effects (like delay), there’s an abrupt cut-off instead of a smooth fade-out, which disrupts live performances. Effect Order Customization: There’s no option to change the order of effects, which limits flexibility when tailoring sounds. These are basic functionalities that are standard in other Boss units like the VE-500, so it’s disappointing that they’re missing here. I also couldn’t find any mention of these limitations in the official product description before purchasing, which feels misleading. Have any other VE-22 users noticed this? Are there any workarounds? I hope Boss considers addressing these issues in a firmware update!
While I appreciate the demo, I was disappointed that you didn't explore and of the built in harmonies. :( I just got my BOSS VE-22, so I suppose I'll just need to explore its capabilities for harmonies myself! Thanks!
The demo was absolute rubbish, All The Voices you used were totally unrealistic for a normal performance you made a good machine look bad👎 why didn't you do something nice
Without autodetection of chords from the guitar this device is useless for me It's strange that the TC Voicelive 3 Extreme still is the only device that does everything for a solo acoustic guitarist and singer after TEN YEARS on the market
Still looking for a vocal processor. Honestly I think the demo was terrible… singer was great, my respect! Just don’t like the sound of the paddel at all I guess… sounds very Robotic

And the boss ve 2 is good ? He have autoharmonist 😊
Did you try ever TC helicon products? Pedals like: Live Touch 1 or 2 ?
Awesome demo. Thanks for taking the time to go into so much detail. 💪
excellent demo and good equipment VE-22, keep going
Your voice just sounds great as it is 👍

I have the boss ve 20. Should i upgrade?

there is a big P and a big U on the screen for each effect, then what is the purpose of the big P or the big U ?
The U stands for User and the P stands for Preset. The P effects are default presets built into the unit, and U effects are custom-built by the user.
Feedback vs tc-Helicon Play Acoustic ¿?
Is it possible to use 2 effects at the same time? Distortion + Pitch Correction?
Why don't they show us the difference between his dry voice and the effects?
Hello, is it possible to use the Boss for smule ?

Is there a volume control on this??
So only one singer at a time can use this Boss VE-22?
There's only one XLR mic input... so unless you want to share a mic like Bruce and Stevie do, yes it's designed for only one singer.
Dónde lo adquiero

There are certainly a lot of artificial junk sounds in it 😞.
Exactly

Not the best singer for the demo but it’s a cool pedal
Tem muito efeito aí queé de pedal de guitarra jogado pra voz ....sai mais barato comprar uma pedaleira de guitarra da mais simples

mostly it sounds demonic . . .
So this is just for the effects and not a harmonizer what I thought it was.. for that price 😫
97 OUT OF THE 99 PRESETS ARE COMPLETELY USELESS, unless you are recording tracks for say a movie or video game. No professional singer would use them.
I thing the same think
@@BarrabasAntipasas he showed you can change to your voice
Open your mind 😅
Do you guys not realize you can edit each preset? To make it for performance instead of the movie effects you speak of.
Do some creativity ❤
No way, don’t have auto harmony
🎸❤️🔥🎶🇨🇦
Very bad demo, sorry!!! I will not buy this product base on this demo!!!
I agree
Acho que só a voz tá mal. Tanta voz boa no mundo e foram por isso
Wow, a demo of how terrible it can sound. 😂
Dudes off key in a bad way
Most are completely ridiculous and unusable
