    Hi Sofia, why can’t we rest our heads on the hand? Because this way strains my shoulder and neck. Thanks

      Yes you can! I usually make a fist with my right hand and place it below my neck to relax it. I somehow didn't do it this time :) but definitely rest your neck for more support
