Skunkmaster B Kramer weren’t selling anything the last 3 years, it got warehoused. Perhaps you shouldn’t comment on a brand if you didn’t know that basic thing about said brand
@Skunkmaster B Yes. In the minds of the people who are paying that much for them sure. But I own one, in good condition, and it is pure junk. My Yamaha RGX 612S runs circles around it and it is worth...$250?
@Skunkmaster B Dude, it's not "Magic" that made the Kramer guitars sound good. I like the old Kramer stuff too but there's nothing ( aside from the Neck-Thru stuff ) about the 80s Kramers Guitars, construction-wise that isn't EASILY duplicated by buying parts from Warmoth. Hmm, let's see. Alder/Mahogany body, 2 hot Humbuckers, Floyd Rose. It's not Rocket Science lol :)
@@regend762 I agree. A High-End Yamaha Guitar is EASILY as good or better than the counterpart from Kramer. I'm not "anti-Kramer", it's just all the Rose-Colored Glasses people look through as they also dream of being Eddie Van Halen or Vivian Campbell, circa 1986 LOL

As for Steinberger, probably the BEST example of the uniqueness of them and the TransTrem system is Van Halen's Summer Nights which is played in 3 different keys and only made possible by either the TransTrem or some SERIOUS finger twisting!!! Shame they didn't bring that back!!
Spartanjp308 haha..... I was also shouting that at my phone..... and it is a Sambora reissue. Do you think the new Viv Campbell reissue will be marketed as the Nightswan...... I saw a prototype of these being made a few years ago being marketed as Buddy Blaze guitars, (after Vivs original prototype of the 80's)? If they make one with the lightening sky graphic I'll be having one!
@@stratblooz1 It's being labeled in their brochure as the Nightswan, so yeah. Great tour guys 👍 I wish Epiphone would focus more on there back to basics catalogue like Gibson are - original spec Casinos, Sheraton’s etc. Give us the original vintage Epi’s rather than simply cheaper versions of Gibson’s best sellers from the year before. I don’t think Gibson value the heritage of Epiphone enough at times... Just my take on it. Great NAMM coverage 🙌
Steinberger guitars make for a superb travel guitar option. I'd seriously consider getting one for when I'm travelling with work. That, headphone amp and hotel rooms are redeemed
