Captain Lee,,I enjoyed the latest NAMM videos,Trevor Brooking was also my favorite football player back in the early 70's while we were stationed in England at Upper Heyford, he came to our awards ceremony for a youths soccer league and signed autographs.....great guy.

Those two SG Specials you guys picked up and handled briefly remind me of one I owned back in the 60s. I still miss that guitar, though it's been decades since I parted with it. But those two bring back memories. Guitar Center has them in stock. It's all I can do to keep my credit card in my pocket.

just want to say i bought a telecaster affinity new. played it. enjoyed it, but not as much as my Epiphany specail. i'm amazed at how great the Epiphone is and how easy it is to play.thanks so much. the best bang for the buck!

Thank God Gibson is back! No more Les Paul Standards with crazy colors and push pull coil tapping! Rosewood and Ebony fretboards only! No more richlite! Really good looking SGs! Looks like the company is finally respecting its own legacy! Thank God!🙏

Great Vid!! faves were the '64 SG, VSB/TobaccoBurst LP Std and what the heck was that pointy single cut,,,oh the 235. Dreamland (Summerland, kings X, i heard that :) was the 59 335, Green Lemon (!) and The Captured Live style Johnny Winter Firebird. Holy smokes!!!

I just want a Classic White Ebony fretboard Explorer again. They come up so rarely on eBay in my country it's near impossible to find.
31:12 It’s the Billy Gibbins Neiman and Marcus exclusive SG! That’s cool they might consider releasing them in a normal retail format, but I guess if ZZ Top aren’t touring, it would make it impossible to get one thru the original method..

Given lee’s comments about richlite and people needing to just get over it - I’d be interested to see what Andertons offer on a px deal on a les Paul with a richlite fingerboard as opposed to one with an ebony fingerboard. On selling forums they seem quite hard to shift.

Dirty fingers have been around forever. Played a couple Gibson’s with them in there and they are really hot/high output. Really sizzles in top end

Good to see that Gibson seems to be actually trying to give the consumers what they want. If they can up the build quality to be on par with Fender USA and PRS, they’ll do just fine.
I like the dc junior double pickup but i want one with burtsbucker pros instead of p90s
Gotta get the LP Junior reissue, but the website hasn't put it up yet. Might have to wait a little bit til spring.
I have to admit, I know this is Gibson’s first attempt at fixing the company but I am already digging the new SG’s and that goldtop with p90s.

Gibson should make a USA made epiphone line, but just make the guitars epiphone had as their own at the time. I’ve seen some pretty sweet epiphone that are vintage. Look and play as great as anything Gibson had at the time.
