16mm Color Film Swimming LIFEGUARDS 1938 , City of Pittsburgh

One minute clip of found 16mm film during the orientation for the city of Pittsburgh Lifeguards prior to the 1938 season. Scene is "believed" to be filmed in Highland Park but there is no confirmation and open for speculation.. There is a strong indication that it was Highland Park but if you think you recognize the location, feel free to comment. It appears the City's colors have been Black and Gold for a long time. This is COLOR film and NOT colorized using AI or software.
