After that I left doing yoga because of my exams but when I got it checked in 2024 may it increased to 4.27.. I started doing it again and got tested after 2 months then it was 4 I guess I have to be consistent with it once again

How many days it will take to completely cure thyroid by doing this yoga?
It took me 3 days to make symptoms of hypothyroidism disappear. No medicine. I think if you do this daily 2x a day, it will help you a tons!
