    Thank you bharti, mam my TSH level is 7.7 I will do this yoga 20 day's my TSH come to normal 2.20 thanak so mam doctor tell m 75 MCG tablet but I tekken 50 MCG with this yoga my TSH level normal in 20 day's thank you so much for this video ❤️

      How long it took to get your result to normal ,what's your tsh now ? Still taking medicine. How many days of yoga and along with it you did something else? Actually my TSH is 10.86 now I am working to get it to 2. Please can you share your experience.

    I am using meds since last 10 years . Tsh is normal but my throid gland and lymph nodes have become a bit larger. Will do this and update the result in 30 days😊

      @venkatadari6616 mine was 5.4 last year in oct then I did yoga got it checked in Jan it was 2.27..
      After that I left doing yoga because of my exams but when I got it checked in 2024 may it increased to 4.27.. I started doing it again and got tested after 2 months then it was 4 I guess I have to be consistent with it once again

      Ok so let me tell you the whole story I am only 17 and I got tested in oct 2023 my tsh was 5.39 and then I started doing this yoga got tested in late Jan it came down to 2.27 then I stopped doing it which was my biggest mistake I got tested in May and it was 4.27 then I started doing it but maybe I wasn't consistent or idk why but in aug mid i got it checked again and it came down to 4.07 I try to do it regularly and will try to do it twice a day ​@venkatadari6616

    I hv hyper thyroid..tsh is 0.05..should i do the same. Nobody clears this biggest doubt that both thyroid yoga ir just hupo as hupo is more among ppl. Wht should we do..weight reduce thyroid/ hyper thyroid

      You must also try to change other things like avoid long periods of not eating which can cause acidity, taking short walks after lunch and not wearing very tight clothing with compress the stomach for long hours.

    Thank you for this video! Following it helps me feel calm and well. My body always craves some back release poses after Halasana and Matsyasana, so I usually stop the video to add some in before the pranayamas.

      It took me 3 days to make symptoms of hypothyroidism disappear. No medicine. I think if you do this daily 2x a day, it will help you a tons!

      I think you don't have to worry about thyroid u have only slight raise in tsh. Maintain diet

    I have a doubt. In surya namaskar section the daily practice makes me doing is less time. Means it takes me less than 6 min. Is time is important in surya namaskar.

      As long as you are able to properly sync your breath through it, it is ok. Try not to rush too fast.

      Hi Affefa, I would not recommend to do this during first trimester specially. Please wait till you are atleast week 16 to start prenatal yoga and get a go ahead from your Dr.

      Hi Sandhya, you're welcome :). Well the mat I am using in this video is from Decathalon. Its a nice sturdy non slip mat. I bought it from the store as Ilike to get a feel before buying my mats but I am sure you can find this on Decathalon website too.

    Hello Madam...Mam, the asanas wherein there is the bending of the hips or mostly the stomach section being involved, am finding it difficult..How or what may i do to loosen it up so that it does not hinder during the practice...

      Hi there! yes you can do it in the morning or evening. Just make sure there is a gap of 3-4 hours after your last meal before you practice this.
