10:00 this is what I wanna see: just one giant biome that you cant see another one across from it, that eventually leads to another and so on. it bothers me when you can see 5 biomes from one spot and being able to only see one at a time just makes it feel so expansive and vast
You can just play with the large biomes setting baby.

Minecraft gave you what you wanted after caves&cliffs?
Cause now the opposite camp of people (me included sometimes) complain that biomes are huge it's not fast to even traverse one, let alone trying to find a specific biome
Well then imagine all of this in VR and also the suit which makes you feel everything (is it actually possible bc I think it is? )
@@diegoseoane9342 I think in the future it's gonna be cheaper to just translate the sensations into your brain rather than make a complex suite that translates all the sensations

i bet the camera overhaul mod would work really nice here too. it adds camera tilting to the walking and other animations to make it less stiff
i fw this kinda content bro, photography in minecraft is something I never thought would be needed, but it’s honestly so charming. The beginning was pretty epic too with the dragon fight

The photos at the end were something else, they remind me of the minecraft paintings, and what's amazing to me is they feel like something you'd see as a render made a while back to show like what minecraft could look like with better lighting and render distance etc, yet all of that happened live, at a playable fps, and was captured in game. Truly incredible.

Now what I'd highly suggest is Do a Barrel Roll, Distant Horizons, and... Cubic Chunks + Terra 1 to 1!
this was what i wanted to do a while ago, but unfortunately cubic chunks and distant horizons dont work together (not only are they not designed for eachother, they are on different versions)
reterraforged can/will do up to 2000 blocks limit, 1024 each direction, and when there is a public release will be pretty extensive, can make it fantastical or realistic. not planet earth but still amazing

Have you checked that they are all mod type and same version, possibly try using modrinth or Forge if you haven’t

There's a mod that allows you to add a world camera that caan be set in place so you can take videos. You can use that to make some pretty awesome cinematics with your elytra

Distant horizons doesn't "load" the distant chunks, some versions simplify the distant blocks into 1 uniform color(as seen in one of the biomes when he first descends the mountain)

I recently got the 'Do a Barrel Roll' Mod and I can't stop flying around with my HUD off and taking in the scenery with DH+Shaders. Been doing it for the past two days

I wonder if you can add the mod that allows for animated mob textures and the resourcepack for the animated villagers. That would be fun. I’ve tried using it and haven’t run into a (living) village yet.

I'm trying to choose mods for enhanced generation and it seems terralith has too much going on, but terraforged is too "simple" sometimes. Would you recommend using both, or just Terraforged?
Anyway going down that mountain at 1:44 was the coolest looking thing i've seen in this game
terraforged is good with high chunks beacause all is to big, and terralith have small biomes but much more detailed, you can try tectonic, that not is very detailed but the biomes are very big, if not terraforged is probably de best for distant horizons, just add some structure mods to make it more detailed
Terraforged gives the sweeping landscapes and mountains. Terralith gives smaller biomes that aren't the best experienced at high render distances(but you do you)
