The Ghangad Fort Trek is a short trail in the Sahyadris. It is an ideal trek for a day or weekend trip. This fort is part of the Sahyadri (Western Ghats) Hill Range and is an important fort in Pune district. It was also used as a watchtower to observe the movement of people on the trade route from Konkan to Pune and it is said that it was used to hold prisoners
पुणे शहरापासून ८५ किमी अंतरावर आणि लोणावळ्यापासून ३० किमी अंतरावर, मुळशीच्या पश्चिमेला असणाऱ्या 'कोरसबारस' या मावळात घनगड किल्ला आहे. किल्ल्यावरून सुधागड, सरसगड आणि तैलबैलाची भिंत हा परिसर दिसतो.
