In today's fast-paced world, the idea of slow living and intentional living is gaining traction. More and more people are embracing the simple living lifestyle, and I am no exception. I've embarked on a self-care journey that has led me to become a slow living minimalist. As I've embraced this lifestyle, I've discovered that there are certain things I don't buy anymore, and instead, I've started investing in things that truly simplify my life 😊
In this video, I want to share my journey with you, shedding light on 5 the things I don't waste money on. By making conscious choices and embracing frugal living, I've found that my life has become more meaningful and fulfilling.
Minimalism has taught me to focus on what truly matters, and part of that journey involves identifying the things I don't buy anymore. These changes in my purchasing habits have not only helped me save money but have also allowed me to declutter my life and create space for the things that bring me joy.
Moreover, I'll discuss the 5 things I've started buying to simplify my life. These items align with the principles of slow living and intentional living, making every day feel more purposeful and serene 🌱

I must say journaling is one of the best tools to use. Take time to revisit your Journal, it is a great teacher. Write down everything positive and negative, negative teaches you lessons so you do not repeat them. Thanks for your video and all the information.

I totally agree! And the best part is that you can express yourself freely in it. Some days I write totally different things than I usually do, no filter. One of the best long-term habits imo! ✌️

I’ve definitely drifted from friends over the years, with moving house, lifestyle changes. Hopefully not in a horrible or sad way, I am definitely grateful for the times we had, but it’s not always possible to keep all relationships going and keep my own life simple. I can be a bit of a people pleaser, so it’s reassuring that I shouldn’t feel guilty for everyone moving on but apart. 😊

Yeah there just isn't time for everyone, especially if we grow up having a lot of friends and people around us. And we all grow in different directions any way. Sometimes not forcing a friendship or any sort of relationship is the healthiest choice. Focusing on quality and depth over quantity has helped me a lot in this area of life. Thanks for sharing! 😊

I don’t buy a lot of things like I used with the exception of books, food, and education in terms of courses. I know a lot of people might say, “Why are you paying to learn with the internet?” I like still like the structure and community. Also, I am able to help others and share experiences. And there is not a lack of information but too much so it can be hard to know where to start. But I also have self- independent studies outside of school. I like having both. As for food some of it is more necessary than other items. For example, I might end up getting more Fazer this holiday coming up. And books I try and buy used whenever possible. I still like having physical books because it’s nice to get away from a screen sometimes.

Totally agree! Online learning is so powerful. I also just got new books from the library to spend less time learning with tech. Need to balance things out every once in a while 😉

Always with the good ideas. I live a very simple life that is quite like yours in many ways. According to government stats I’m kinda poor. According to me, I’m pretty rich.
