How I Completely Changed My Life And You Can Too / Hello friends!
Today I have a balanced life, live slowly, and know my vision for life. But it wasn't always like this. Before I didn't have any mental clarity, I was constantly distracted without any direction, couldn't see the beauty of life and had anxiety about the future.
In this video, I sit down next to a lake to share my own self-care journey and share life tips on how I went from being a bit lost in life to live this peaceful simple living lifestyle that I have today 🍃
I will talk about how to design our life, the importance of slow living and self-acceptance, and share habits to change your life.

Your video came just at the right time, I am now in this exciting/scary situation when I finally gathered all my courage and stepped into what I want to be my future life! And I want it to be around finding myself and who I really am, finding again my self esteem and build a life based on the true values that I feel important, letting go all the self-imposed rules on "how I am supposed to live", "what I should be now I'm 34", "why everybody's goal is so different from mine?'.. Thank you for making me feel I'm not the only one chasing for different perspectives!

Now in my mid 50s after bringing up two kids working very hard to pay bills etc after spinal damage a split and a move alone to the other side of the country i fell at peace i had nothing just me i spend time alone and im finally at peace and happy. Everything happens for a reason ill spend my life simple and only answer to me. Nice to see others are the same really enjoy your videos makes me realise its normal to be and live this way
