Indian and Delhi govt should make students in school a mandatory visit as an excursion for the Rashtrapati bhavan. I think it's very important for today's generation to know our great heritage and legacy of the country.
Ma'am please help me understand how to pre-register oneself to visit the Rashtrapati bhavan? I have trying to get my daughter there to get a glimpse of the beautiful garden, but unable to get through.
Few ppl here commenting that the change of name is was not needed n it is still gonna be know as the previous one. A true patriot will never overlook the history n would not want to keep a monument in the name of invaders. Irrespective of the individual religious beliefs everyone should rejoice that the name is now Amrit Udyan. Bharat is changing for good, be happy, stay blessed.
Those who forget their history are condemned to repeat it. 800 plus years cannot be erased. The Mughals were not invaders who looted and left but they stayed, intermarried, had children, grandchildren and families. Most importantly they spent their wealth created also here. There is no point in quibbling with history. Renaming places is not an achievement. The name can be changed again. After all Viceroy House became Rashtrapathi Bhavan. One day I bet it will be Modani Hotel and Gautamdas gardens.

Everyone can visit Rastrapati Bhawan, but there is a certain timetable for visitors. You have to book early to get your alloted time to visit. 🇮🇳👍
