Yes, I try to follow the actual Natural life. It is really hard to follow in here when you do not have a common understanding. I am struggling though many things which I would not like to share on internet
I try to eat healthy as possible. I try to follow all the natural stuff
I have followed many natural or wild life activities and I am really happy and glad that I have done it and I know I am going to continue to do it
I also want everyone to try it like you wanted to
My English is not good sorry
I really like that you are following natural wild activities which we are mean to do and suppose to do, I really love that about you. No more commenting I talk a lot and argue about Wild Life of Humans or Living Being
Thank you for making actual helping supporting videos
      God Bless you

@@samiranis2070 Thank you for sharing! I can relate. It can be a challenge to live a certain way when there are circumstances out of your control. It sounds like you are doing the best that you can, and that's all we can really do. I wish you all the best in seeking to live a more natural life. 💙 Thank you for watching!

I am grateful for my room though - my apartment, I can stay alone for extended periods of time - but maybe I could do the same in the wild too

    Thank you!
I read the comment you refer to, and agree.
The point about keeping the brain constantly entertained, limits mental space and it's capacity for creative thinking was not something I had thought about.
In answer to the question of what things help us? So much. As someone who is an advocate of degrowth limiting a carbon footprint, and a type of rewilding, I don't think we (in most western countries at least) realise how indulged and reliant we are on modern amenities.
I think tap water or healthy water is the number one thing, and second is cooking capacity, gas etc but
my current favorite is hot or warm running tap water.
Off the chart appreciation in cold weather with dirty (I am on a small offgrid farm) hands.
I had it put in 18 months ago.
Also a modern soft foam mattress and pillows.
    And internet😁
My best rewilding practice is not using heating, and forcing the body to adapt just with clothes. Winter only drops to 0-6 c degrees overnight in winter here. Rare to snow. It makes it easy to go out and do work required. Temp is the same outside, and I get warm through physical movement. Less illness.
    Good luck with rewilding!

Thank you for sharing! It is very easy to take all the modern amenities for granted, but we do have so much to be thankful for. I would love to try not using heating someday, or at least just relying on a wood burning fire place. But in the mean time, I am very grateful for my furnace when the temp gets to -20 or below!🥶

@@AwakenOurWild ah! The heating. There is no chance I could or would do what I do in your temperatures. I am right on the cusp of where it could be done. It is quite hard, and there are 6 layers of clothes on in evening, and a bit dance after dinner to rewarm myself through winter. Also hard to dry clothes properly. Etc, so needs to be done well. Have excellent routines around managing things. Also, I eat well and plenty.
I grew up and have always lived with anything I needed, so has been an adventure.
However, the neighbours with warm houses get the colds and flu.

Your videos are really speaking to me and my husband. I recently lost my job and have an abundance of free time yet I'm struggling to feel comfortable in my surroundings. My husband and I are both tired of modern day living and wish we could go back to a simpler time where modern day conveniences and technology was less of a distraction from living a life in nature. We have some work to do and I truly appreciate your videos. Keep it up!

I am so glad to hear that my videos are resonating with you and your husband! I definitely share the same sentiments. It's a process to truly simplify life, but a rewarding one. Thank you for your encouraging comment! I really do appreciate it, and feel motivated to continue sharing my videos knowing they are striking a chord with others. May we both find the simplicity in nature we are seeking.

This video is beautiful and almost a meditation in and of itself. More people deserve to see this on their feeds!
I'm absolutely going to try some of the ancient discomforts. I've been struggling a lot recently, and I've realized it's really because I cannot just sit alone with myself quietly.
Boredom has been so beneficial for me, you find new hobbies, you feel more senses, and actually take in everything around you. Thank you for this video!
