Fluid Motion Frames Could TRANSFORM Star Citizen?

Has AMD's new Fluid Motion Frame technology fixed Star Citizen performance? I got myself a RX 7600 to test out this new feature on a preview driver. I tested to see if helped improve performance on my minimum spec system as well as my main system with a 7800X3D! Results are impressive, but the technology has some issues!
