I do so many exercises and yes, nerve flossing but no one (and I’ve seen many professionals) has been able to address this rhomboid/scapular pain that I have that comes and goes. Hello Dr. I have Vestibular Neuritis and a rhomboid pain for a couple of months. When i strech the area around the shoulder blade that’s When i feel i get dizzy, can it be somehow related?
Thank you😊 If I'm in a reaching, or my upper body is in an odd position, then suddenly I sneeze, cough, or sometimes even take in a nice deep breath, B💥💥M ! I pull those blade muscles, then it hurts to reach, sneeze, cough, & or take in a nice deep breath! It's such a vicious cycle😮
@drjonsaunders Thank you, no, it sure isn't. I followed along & will give them a whirl. Hopefully, it will help those muscles gain some more intact strength along with giving them more of an eased range of motion 💪
