Kiefer seems to have a lot of mannerisms similar to his father when he was young. They were both great villains that could convince you that they were who they played on screen.
When Ace was speeding towards the truck, I’m pretty sure he did that to teach the two that what he says, goes. But then again, he seems like the kind of guy who would’ve done it anyway just for the hell of it.

Believe it or not I just finished watching Kiefer Sutherland give a cooking lesson on how to make Irish stew on his channel. He talks about how he was terrified to cook because he was scared to make someone sick and how he built his confidence to try something new. He’s so calming in real life! Listening to him talk actually helps me go to sleep. Who would’ve thought that the guy who played psycho Ace Merril and later on the badass Jack Bauer would be scared of anything?

Ace was such an terrible person, and not only to the boys there, but to his own friends as well. It makes me wonder how the hell they even are his friends with how he always insults them and even says he'd kill two of them if one of them had a certain amount of money on them. He had no redeeming qualities. And to make matters worse, some of the people in the comment section actually praise the guy, to the point that I feel sorry for the actors who played Gordy and Chris.
