This might sound weird but I’m a guy. I’m a construction worker. I’m outside for 10 1/2 hours a day. I have red hair and very pale skin. I use Neutrogena’s sunscreen also there rain body wash. My skin gets extremely dried out from being outside in the sun. This oil restores it and just really does great things for my skin love this product.
Doesn’t sound weird at all. Men’s skin needs nourishment just as a woman’s does. I urge to to try applying a body lotion before you apply this oil & see what it does for your skin. The lotion will add hydration and moisture and this oil will create a barrier over your skin locking in that moisture and hydration.
Since Dude's have dryer skin than femailes & a "Dude" put this review, which definatley makes sense, I'm going to get this product and try it out! Great Videow!
I have used this product for over 35 years Its drys in quickly. You can purchase scented or non scented. I love this product and have ordered some more bottles of nutragena body oli. I use it daily. I use it on slightly damp skin when i come out the shower also as i said daily also on dry skin. One of my favourite products and my favourite body moisturiser. I would not be without it..
I have used this year round for twenty years. I’ve had comments on the smell and softness of my skin. ( men). I put it on damp skin after showering it sinks in pretty quick
I would say it’s mostly an earthy smell. It’s not sweet and not herbal. I know they now have an unscented version, but I’m not sure if that one is also at Costco.
I think you can use any soap of your choice. I think you’re good as long as you’re using a soap that fits your skin’s needs. There is no a scentless version of this oil.
If you use it right after you get out of your bath/shower, yes. It will lock in that hydration from the remaining water on your skin. If you put it on your skin that’s dry, it’s going to create a barrier preventing your skin from absorbing any hydration or moisture. It’s going to lock in dryness.
I have not noticed any negative skin reactions. Being that everyone is different, I’d suggest using it on a small area of skin before applying it everywhere.
but would you still recommend it with lotion? or it's really best to be used alone? . I've only use this for my doubling cleansing step to remove make up. Also, they have a fragrance free variant
I would use it on it’s own. If you want to use it with a lotion, I don’t see how it would be any different than using a facial oil and moisturizer together on your face. I definitely need to look into the fragrance free version.
I would do the oil first and then your moisturizer so that if your moisturizer has an occlusive, such as dimethicone, it will create a barrier to seal in that moisture and hydration.
I would use caution if you put it on your face. It has the ingredient, Isopropyl Myristate. According to the INCI Decoder, the comedogenicity of that ingredient is listed as a 5. That means it could potentially clog the pores of you face and cause breakouts.

I’ve been using this for years, I love it ❤
Yes, I do as well.

It makes my skin softer than anything else.
@@LauraGarza. it is one of my long term standards, keeps my tattoos nice too! 😃
Awesome that it’s withstood the test of time.
Hi I saw this at Costco but I’m wondering if it smells ok. You’ve mentioned the smell lingers but is it a sweet smell, an earthy smell, or herbal?
I would say it’s mostly an earthy smell. It’s not sweet and not herbal. I know they now have an unscented version, but I’m not sure if that one is also at Costco.
I just bought bottle 6.45$ for a 32 oz bottle!
I just bought it yesterday should I be using it alone or with which soap and the lotion to use with it
I would look for a lotion with hyaluronic acid to help bring in moisture.
Which soap is good to use with it .
I think you can use any soap of your choice. I think you’re good as long as you’re using a soap that fits your skin’s needs. There is no a scentless version of this oil.
Just want to try it as from today
Can I use it as a body cream. I mean using it alone without any lotion

Please does it darken the skin
No, I have not had any experience with it darkening my skin.
Does it has any side effects on the skin?
I mean a negative reaction?
I have not noticed any negative skin reactions. Being that everyone is different, I’d suggest using it on a small area of skin before applying it everywhere.
@@LauraGarza. I appreciate your timely response
You’re welcome.
Does it make your skin feel greasy at all?
This one doesn’t immediately absorb into the skin, so you are going to notice an oily feeling.

Laura Garza which goes first?
I would do the oil first and then your moisturizer so that if your moisturizer has an occlusive, such as dimethicone, it will create a barrier to seal in that moisture and hydration.
What is the smell
It’s an earthy nutty smell.
Can I use it on my face?
I would use caution if you put it on your face. It has the ingredient, Isopropyl Myristate. According to the INCI Decoder, the comedogenicity of that ingredient is listed as a 5. That means it could potentially clog the pores of you face and cause breakouts.
Can I apply this oil on my face? I mean netorgena oil
It says that it won’t clog pores. I would apply a small amount to the face being that you might not want too much on your face.
What does it smell like
It’s a little difficult to explain but a naturally semi sweet smell is the best way I know to describe it.
@@LauraGarza.ty! I’m sold I’m getting one to try out immediately
@@JuukezeBarbie, let me know what you think of it.
