Hello Dr. Dray, I am a relatively new viewer (less than a year), but I am now a loyal fan of your daily videos. They are not just enjoyable and entertaining to watch, but you are performing a great service by warning people about the damage unprotected sun exposure can do. My husband and I live in sunny Florida. He moved here when he was a teenager, had a lot of sun exposure, and a few years ago had a melanoma lesion removed from his leg. Thankfully, he hasn't had any recurrence. I grew up in the northeast, but I have had a basal cell cancer removed from my arm and one from leg along with sundry pre-cancer lesions. We are seniors now and wish we knew then what we know now. These day we are very careful with sun exposure and follow the advice you give in your videos. I so agree on the people telling you to go on a 4 way stop when not your turn. I actually find it one of the rudest things. they're not "being nice" they're just creating more confusion and possible danger.

The CeraVe Foaming Oil cleanser did some serious eye burning! The label says to avoid direct eye contact. Now I know why but sometimes it happens. Sticking to the Bioderma Atoderm cleansing oil as it does not sting/burn my eyes at all.
I also recommend No 7 Cleansing Balm, but not too sure if you can buy it in the States. It’s formulated with No 7’s Tri-Vit Complex + Grapeseed Oil. Leaves the skin feeling perfectly clean, soothed and silky soft. What I really like, though, is that it doesn’t sting my eyes and is really good at removing eye makeup including mascara. Funnily enough it does warn you to avoid contact with the eyes but I usually just gently wipe off after a minute or two with the muslin cloth provided (dampened), and that seems to work fine.

Watching your videos and Vlogs Doctor Andrea always bring me joy and a more well-spirited kinda mood. Especially these days i really need it because my mother had a stroke (basically more than one but scattered all through the cerebral area idk I'm no neurologist 😅) and I'm in need of a mood booster ❤. The cardiologist said that it's good news that the stroke was not on one point area but scattered throughout the brain and he examined my mom and said that she is functioning properly but in order to have a full well rounded image she must be examined also by a neurologist and so i made an appointment for her for Tuesday noon (i hope for a light medication and not a lot). One thing i did not understand shouldn't we choose light coloured fabrics in order to be protected from the sun ? (Of course the weaving is essential and if it is upf imbued ). Any way skin1004 has also a pore minimizing serum as well it must be nice ❤ that goes as well for the beauty of joseon 😊. Thanks for the company Doctor Andrea ❤.

We had a lovely Saturday.....a birthday party for our great-nephews. I agree about driving....I follow the rules of the road. I see people disregard stop signs at 3 way stops & people passing me as if I was going 10 mph when I'm doing the speed limite. So...I relate to what you said.

Yeah the foaming is the best. The others feel a bit too slick. The body gel is also great.

Hi Dr. Dray! I love trying a new lip balm almost as much as you do. I recently came across a new one that I love. It's the Mongo Kiss (unflavored) lip balm by Eco Lips. It's silky smooth and stays on longer than most lip balms. Plus, I like that it's a little bigger than the normal size. Thank you for all of your videos, they are the highlight of my day and I've learned so much.

thanks so much for this, I'm also an ex medical doctor and want to thank you for your brill channel! could you make a video specifically for sensitive skin (face and body)? i find I can't use fragranced products at all and they need to be super gentle. i would love to know more of your recommendations for morning, night, spf and shower/body care, if possible, and also those that are good for eyes as I have blepharitis which has been so so very distressing and i find I can't use SPF around my eyes for fear of chalazions and styes. thank you

Hey Dr.Dray, I know you touch on pimple stuff here and there but I'd love to hear you explain more about what is inside pimples and such. Like, what is the little hard bulb-like thing that comes out of some? What's the difference between that and the white fluid that comes out of some? What causes each one to come out differently? What's inside the hard tender bump pimples? Of course we know not to pop or squeeze them but sometimes it happens accidentally. I'm just really curious lol.

I'm loving the Cerave foaming oil cleanser! My face feel so soft after using it. I still use a cleansing balm first but a few times I used it without the first cleanse and it did a good job removing makeup and sunscreen. Never had the back up test but the parallel parking part of the test was so strict!! Stressed me out bad. I can't stand peel off masks! Only rinse off ones for me. Thanks for taking us along. Dr. Dray, I have a question. I just read an article that compared glycerin v. Hyaluronic acid. In the article, it was stated that glycerin is more efficacious for hydrating your face. It also stated that hyaluronic acid can cause allergic reactions. Can you compare or recommend which is better for hydration?
I'd see her HA videos and her glycerin video. Different doctors and skincare folks have differing opinions on this.

I love going Dr Drays vlogs and shopping outings. How is it that she can go to Marshalls and film and talk at the same time when it is so crowded when I am there? One time I was face timing my friend to show a product and a store person asked me to stop filming. If they stop Dr Dray from filming we have to start a petition hahah.

Happy Saturday, Dr. Dray! Your driver's ed class story made me laugh because it was the COMPLETE opposite of my experience. I had one road lesson and was given my permit the next day---this was in the late 80's, mind you, so I'm guessing my instructor's heart may not have been into the job. Also, rules were more lax back then. Unfortunately, I STILL can't parallel park properly. 😞

Good Saturday morning. I have a cold sore---not happy 😢, but I know this means that I need to take care of myself cuz my immune system is telling me so with this flare up. Ugh! Bought an ointment at Walmart and more Cera Ve , a tube of Vaseline, and a Eucerin lip salve. Took your advice. ❤😊
Abreva, which is sold otc, works. I keep my tiny tube refrigerated.

I did initially had an error message with getting the snail cream on Ultra. I then tried it much later in the day and it worked. They may be having glitches , I thought due to your popularity. I did get the goat milk. It does have thin consistency. I have tried all different products to pay less then skinceuticals but, I upset my skin barrier and instigated roceasa. I caved in and repurchased the triple lipid restore which helps my skin the best. I had been using theit vit. C for years without problems. So what I did was buy a Centellian24 derma pulse booster multi shot. I think that was the culprit. It has a 3 in one brightening, absorption and firming. I used the blue light with the recommended hyaluronic acid. It was ok. Then a day later I used all three with the specified products. That was a mistake now healing from. The instructions are in English, but the voice that speaks when you press the buttons is Korean 😅 Can you review this product I got from Amazon?
Happy weekend. I got the Midnight Milk early the day it went on sale as an in store pickup up. It is not as thick as I thought it would be. I was also using the Timeless Q10 serum. I'm making myself go through some other products before repurchasing the Q10, but I've noticed a decrease in under eye moisture.

OMG! I have gotten into many conversations with my husband about the four-way stops and the rules of the road! Just follow the law! It gets all willy-nilly when people are trying to control what’s going to happen! Don’t let me go first follow the law, much simpler, and quicker even! And definitely safer!!

Regarding the Beekman Midnight Milk mask, I woke up at the crack of dawn and was able to buy it! lol That said, I did notice that the Ulta app and site went down for a bit later that week. So there were probably backend issues happening.
For anyone curious about the mask.. I love it so far, except for one minor thing. If I don't wait long enough for the other products I put on my face to absorb/dry up, without fail, it'll sting and irritate my skin. However, if I just give it time, it doesn't sting at all and it actually becomes soothing! Trial and error I guess 🤷♀ It's not as thick of a cream as I expected, but I don't mind that. I wake up the next day with incredibly smooth and soft skin 💕
Ulta has had major problems with the app and website.
Watching this 9 months later, but in SoCal, a 4 way stop experience is totally the opposite and annoying. It’s always a competition. If you stop before someone else stops and it’s your turn to turn, you have to beat them on turning because they will try to turn before you when it’s your turn and move whenever you move. I always have to try to complete my 4 way stop business before someone else comes up the road to avoid this whole BS. People just don’t follow the rules. People driving in LA are always rude, on their cellphones and not paying attention to the road. They only move when they see others move, especially at a traffic light. They also cut when the line is long at the very top of the lane to turn or drive in the middle of lanes. Cutting in front of others and slowing down without signaling is definitely the biggest pet peeve of mine.

Our province (British Columbia 🇨🇦) is burning up😢. Huge forest fires, very little rain, drought, rivers very low when fish are returning to spawn, whole communities losing their homes! So very sad. We have always had the nickname of ‘Wet Coast’ (for West Coast).
If there's anything worse than coming to a four-way stop and having someone wave you through out of turn, it's coming to a four-way stop and seeing someone look down and start scrolling through their phone.

Got my driving license a few months ago in Tokyo and all the rules you mentioned are exactly the same and even more stricter I would say. On the Test day, the driving instructor asked me to do parallel parking and they would have failed me if I didn’t check all the blind spots after I brought my car to a complete stop.

Dr. Dray, I have been trying to get an answer on whether or not you can refrigerate Trentinoin. I even called the company that makes it and haven't been able to get an answer. The reason I want to refrigerate it is because sometimes my place gets above 80 degrees. It states on the label to store below 80 degrees, but it doesn't give a low-temperature end. Look forward to your answer!
