As a German, this type of graphic design makes me extremely nostalgic. It's something that, in my opinion, perfectly represents the feeling of west germany, especially the colors.
The design of Munich '72 is now my new favorite! It looks modern, yet vintage at the same time, just like Futura! What if the Philippines used this design for the 2019 SEA Games?
the first games i remember and i remember being enraptured by the designs. can we get a design Thing for every games please? ( i live in sydney, so...)
Binge watching the Design Focus episodes of Olympics. So nice to learn the story behind the emblem and brand of each Olympic games.

Munich 1972 was the first Olympics to have an official mascot, Waldi the dachshund (Schuss doesn’t count)!
Этот дизайн до сих пор актуален и очень хорош
what a shame that munich 72 was cut short
Why is this video unavailable! I so want to see it!

Very Good video i like it very much 😍😘😘😘
Saludos
mūnchen'72!

It's a shame footage from the 1976 Montreal Olympics at 8 secs was used in a homage to the 1972 designer Otl Aicher.
