- So how I earned mine both Mod and Crafting was that I saved 5000 scrip, and Rolled 2 Star Ranged Weaponry, REASON why is because the Explosive Legendary Mod is a 2 star effect and that if you get 3 Star your just wasting Scrip, Would you rather have 100 Weapons or less. You have a higher chance with 2 Star. Once you have the weapons Scrap the ones Which Mod your trying to get. Another Good Thing about Rolling these its a Explosive Energy and that its Tradeable ! GOOD LUCK!

How to get all plans.. Scrap everything, buy weapons to scrap, rinse and repeat.

Noob question here. What was the purpose of equipping the science cards before buying? Is it just superstition or can you only get mods you're equipped to make? I wouldn't think that was the case, but what the hell do I know lol.
@@Bob_Cratchit to answer your question why I put the science perk was because I guess I wanted to test things out our members were wondering if the rules were based on luck or intelligence. it’s neither you get when you get. I was thinking about if I had the science perks maybe I would get my hands on explosive energies lmao. And I got explosive energies the good ones lmfao
@@enclaveleader6245 Thanks for the reply. I thought I was missing out on something when I saw you do that lol. It's good to test every angle. I used to play MUDS years ago and we would try every possible combination to see if we could get better gains when our characters levelled up. It turns out having a full belly during a half moon and spinning around clockwise 3 times did not increase my gains but I sure as hell tried lol
Keep in mind explosive doest function with all weapons. Cryolator being one.
I scrapped my pile of kablooms and got the explosive mod.

I bought so many exp bobbleheads before update. And i can craft exp, im selling the mod for 10k, they fly off the shelves, sell 3 a day.

A 2 shot explosive bow is the best.
Bloodied explosive does more damage.
@@nomad4594 I abandoned bloodied in favor of immortality in my OE Solar body armor.
i did the 3 stars i guess i did it wrong ,i learned bloodied but could not for the life of me get explosive
If you want just the first 2 traits best to just spend 50 scrip instead of 100
@@Sirmoshi1 if you’re trying to get explosive yes go with two star. You’re just wasting script if you’re going for three star.

@@enclaveleader6245 I also play an Enclave character. Got a pretty cool Enclave Scientific Research Center, with a matching bunker.
I was part of a U.S. military remnants group on Discord…just didn’t have the time to dedicate to their daily needs. I like the faction role playing aspect tho.
Can third star be added later to these? I'm slowly getting familiar with ths new set up. Im level 735, so I got kinda burnt out on playing around the clock.
Edit: How does explosive work on Tesla rifle? Hmm? I run two quads I gotta see what it does.
@@jaysworld0007 so yes, the two star can be adjusted to a three star without tampering with the first or second star. It will just add the third effect. The cost will be around 15 modules
@@enclaveleader6245 Thx.... I haven't been able to get on as much as I used to. Whenever I do lately I get disconnected every ten minutes. RUclips is a huge resource for me. That's cool you guys roleplay in fallout. Can I get your gt so I can try to catch one of those explosive mods in your vendor?

@@enclaveleader6245 I figured that much. Lol, so let's make a deal? I've got tons of great weapons you could slap one mod on and make them grolls. I've got lots of rare items. Only thing I don't have unfortunately and have been searching for are TLC, LC and TFJ. Aside from those I have all the other rare items, oh and only a few fasnatch masks. I'm not trading those. They were super hard to get. Lol
