There are occasional special servers where they get rid of the build limit. Or a private server.

Some dude nuked my camp today because I wouldn't pvp him. He was like 100 levels above me.
I nuked 2 dudes (both lvl 110+) that were side by side yesterday for over pricing common legendary rewards. They both got VERY upset and kept messaging me as if I cared what they thought of me 😂

How in all thing possible could they build all that with the tinny building allotment that the rest of us get ? When I build I can just manage 1 of those structure before the allotment was gone .

You should just be able to go to your camp unit and click repair all.
