FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE WATCHING THE SERCRET NUKA COLA QUANTUM. THE LOCATION on the terminal has changed. It is behind the building on a table. instead of going into the broke widows. Hope it helps.
If you check along the top of the rocky outcropping next to the Whitespring overlooking the golf course there is a Caddyshack easter egg. There is a skeleton next to an explosives detonator which seems to be a nod to Bill Murrays character Carl who was tasked with getting rid of the gopher and winds up using explosives that he planted around the golf course.
I turned a Slug Buster into a sniper pistol for my gunslinger, it can easily do 700+ as a full health build on a head shot vs bosses. Ive seen it do 1100 just today on a scorched in DailyOp without a sneak attack, if you use it with bloodied it can be a total beast. I think Angry Turtle did a video on it recently, so if you have it, it can be an awesome weapon for any rifleman or gunslinger, heck you could even make it a flamer if you want to.
I definitely recommend checking out the mothman lore. Your ally is part of the group that worship the red eyed mothman, the “holy” mothman, while they hate their opposing faction who worship the purple eyed “wise” mothman
25:52 The Ingram Mansion under reforming. Not anymore busted windows. The whole object locked down. But there's a terminal for making password behind the building, on the middle. By the way, thanks for your work, I had more than a week ago that tookbox key, I told to myself "ok, but where Is that toolbox, maybe just a cheap loot..." But now, everything is clear! :D Thanks again!
I found the smiling man, when he was saying "I must go" I kept shooting him like 4 or 5 with the cold shoulder shotgun, and now he runs after and swinging everytime I find him lol. He never disappeared. He just chases me across the map until I jump up somewhere. Then he runs and hides behind something, I get down and he runs after me again 😂😂
So many, really easily missable secrets together! This video is a treasure. I actually didn't know 99% of this (or only through your other videos), but I explored Vault 51 right when it opened and I also got the Raider plasma weapon, without knowing it was missable. I wonder though... If, for Scarberry, all Mothman versions we see are just falsifications, even the equinox and lighthouse ones... then where is the real one? Or he worships a nonexistent image? Maybe we will see that real one in the future?
Appreciate the positive feedback over this video! Glad you enjoyed it. That's a good question about Scarberry. I was wondering the same thing.. Would be interesting to see the mothman Scarberry talks about.
I've played this game for years and I never even realized you could enter those domes! Definitely gotta try it out. Also, I miss Nuclear Winter and I'm still mad they cancelled it.
update: the ingram mansion terminal has been moved to the outside, on the porch to the left of that broken window area. The broken window area has been sealed up
Once you get the keys to the TNT dome with the Nuka Cola PA plans and continue to get them as long as no one has grabbed them in that server. When I do go back and get them, I sell both for 2076 caps.
I didnt even know you could enter Vault 51 until today when I randomly found the button. Its crazy how most players wont ever explore the vault despite it having some interesting lore.
Nice video thanks for the vault 51 tip. Not sure if you knew but, there's a Negan from the walking dead easter egg down in the burrows sewers and water treatment plant on two holotapes you find on the computers. Guy named Marcus on the holotapes he sounds just like Negan.
One of my favorite little details in fallout 76 is when you wake up in you room, you can play and eject to keep for yourself the game 'Nuka Tapper', which will be a fallout vault-boy themed 'Tapper' arcade game.
I knew most of these but not all, and I never knew you could go into vault 51, next time I play again, that is where I'm going first. Thanks Rifle. Hope we see more videos soon, more so if they are the "What happens if you nuke" videos.
The Smiling Man is a very interesting real life cryptic because although he may look unsettling, he dress well in a suit and always spoke politely to those he encountered
If you're in the middle of the steps you have to be careful. If someone else makes a code, yours is no longer correct. My friends and I were trying in on a private server. Only the last code generated works.
Thank you so much for this video! I was literally looking for unique junk around the map and couldn’t find a single video where someone else was doing the same so thanks! I can’t wait to check all these out 🤠
Here's one I just heard in Nuka World on Tour: Nothing a Bobby pin and some bubblegum can't fix. Referring to a line where the guy's mentioning what they can do with a paper clip and gum.
Is it normal for new players just coming out of Vault 76 to meet the alien floating guy literally just passed the two people at the that you have to talk to
You actually missed a good one if you talk to Daphne while wearing the silver shroud you'll have unique dialogue with her as well I can't believe you didn't mention that
Sadly I got to the Hellcat paint spot and no paint recipe. Tried to find the keycard at Nuka-Cola plant and server hopped twice with no luck on getting the first key. I would guess its a one off type deal and I had bad luck in finding it and cant repeat to see if I can find it again.
I’m not sure I’ll make through the whole thing but I had the coolest Easter egg timing after dressing my character like Hunter S Thompson in Tropical Cryptid shirt and pith helmet. Then the same day got the Hell’s Eagle quest which is totally a tribute to the man himself. Also the Insult boy reminds of a character from the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series.
Only OGs know that the worthless piece of paper insult bot gives you has only one purpose, and thats to sell in your vendor for 40,000 caps so no one steals your stuff...
I ran across a pretty cool random encounter yesterday. Out of nowhere this Eyebot showed up playing fife music, and he was being followed by half a dozen rad rats. Very Pied Piper. Everywhere the eyebot went, the rats followed.
Thx heaps for making this mate I never got to play 76 Had to watch OXHORNs different mission vids he makes and to learn all the lore... Love the Fallout lore ❤ and he, like yourself IS a Lore PIG 😂😊 But he kind of tells it in a story as he plays, Then I come and watch your videos for all the Real game play facts and secrets .. Think ill wait till thier Space game comes out to get another PS5
I remember being in a cultist outpost and I was on the end of a log pointing out of the bases wall and I turned to walk back and insult bot teleported in behind me right on the tip of the log Insulted me and teleported away
the smiling man's voice and speech pattern seem to sound more like the G-man from Half life. and his talk of not being around, and that much has changed make it sound like he's not been on earth for a while.
I shot the smiling man when he was in dialog with a friend and fighting him is fairly unsettling, he still kept his polite attitude while shooting me and he didn't die too quickly
I didnt know the insult bot wasnt a common encounter for the longest time, my first base location was near one of his spawn points (i assume) so I used to see him almost daily lol
I'd insult insult not enough to give it an existential crisis, but there's nothing intelligent about a robot that exists to walk around telling another man's jokes
Taking an arrow to the knee is an old term for getting married. Hence getting down on one knee to propose. So the skyrim guard is saying he quit adventuring when he got married.
I don’t think that 2nd handprint location is a Dark Brotherhood reference. There is however a fully set up Black Sacrament hidden within the game somewhere that is a reference to the Dark Brotherhood.
Yeah ordinary nuka quantum x01 skin that's a tedious series of tasks to get side not image if we got the never-ending legendary effect added but change its name to unyielding arms
Most like someone has written already but taking an arrow to the knee is same thing is getting hitched ( old nordic saying) you kneel to propose, where the whole kneeling came from
Smiling man easter egg= His name is Indrid Cold, the name of the Mothman in the Mothman Prophecies. Also the Smiling Men are what inspired the Men In Black.
Vault 51 is a bit weird for me. Not sure if it's one of Bethesda bugs or some level/quest requirements which I'm unaware of... but I got to the vault sometime at the beginning of my playthrough. Found the switch, opened the vault door, but as soon as I enter it - I see a loading screen and I respawn back at the entrance outside (like if I exited the vault).

Warning: the paired keys for TNT Dome 7 key are one-time use only. If you get the code wrong, you have to get the keys again.
I learnt the hard way lmao
The keys won't respawn for me, I got kicked from the game so I guess my code reset and didnt work now the keys won't respawn.
They finally respawned 4 days later and I checked everyday, but i have the paint now.
Seriously? Thank God I was lucky I didn't mess up on it
I remember when you could use the PA equip animation to phase through the door. Good times.

Good ole caddyshack
What about the Futurama reference the arena where you get the botsmith armor? It says "bite my rusty metal ass"

Turned mine in to a plasma flamer full health build
There is one in the Ams Med Center. A Jangles the Moon Monkey on a gurney with an alien toy attached to its face
That Free Radicals mask was perfect for my raider duds. Thanks a ton!
I definitely recommend checking out the mothman lore. Your ally is part of the group that worship the red eyed mothman, the “holy” mothman, while they hate their opposing faction who worship the purple eyed “wise” mothman
Funny how Daphne is part of the Order of Mysteries, good Scooby Doo reference.
bro the smiling man is legit just the fallout version of cicero
I think Maaaybe is Cicero. Cause in one of the lines he said "It has been a long time"

Steven Scarberry also shares the last name of one of the people who first spotted the mothman back in the 1960s. I assume they're related
Funny enough, Taking an arrow to the knee is an old way of saying that they got married. kinda like the saying the old ball and chain is the same.
Theres a note in the game titled: Dam it Jannet!!
Which is a reference to The movie Rocky horror Picture show..
The little ticket sound from the insult bot is what strangely makes me laugh more than the jokes. It’s so odd but hilarious.

I triggered this as well but he eventually got a hold of a gun from a super mutant I killed and start shooting at me with the other super mutants.
Ole Insulty is always good for some lead scrap too

i’m not, i’m glad they did. that game mode wasn’t gonna last long regardless.

I saw the Free Radicals face mask, for the first time today. Coincidentally, I watched this video, in a whim. 🤔
Occasionally when you go back to the virtibird when about to complete expeditions the pilot says ahh you’re finally awake

28:17 it also works with the silver shroud outfit from the atom store. I try the others but they don't work. I thought they would.
One of my favorite little details in fallout 76 is when you wake up in you room, you can play and eject to keep for yourself the game 'Nuka Tapper', which will be a fallout vault-boy themed 'Tapper' arcade game.
Just like how you could get red menace in fallout 4 from that one terminal in the vault
You missed a cheeky Princess Bride easter egg at 11:54, the Int dialogue check
Thank you for that smiling man drawing jumpscare at 3:18 AM bro 🫣
6:29 a Easter egg he missed. Look at hand it has 6 fingers. What show has a character with 6 fingers on a book?
The Smiling Man makes a Batman refference sometimes... He says the same phrase that Nicholson said in Batman, when he kills Bruce Wayne's parents...
"Ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?"
